Location was first class 5 minite walk to the high street Used the cliff lift on the way down to the main road along the front of Southend Situated just across the road from the hotel Went on the train to the end of the pier another 5 min walk from the cliff lift. Location wise 100%

Only minor problem was car park full but used Ringo at £11 for the day Free parking on the road from 6 at night to 8 in the morning Wardens out early early but not a problem if you use Ringo but you do need pay at 8 in the morning

Beautiful hotel. would stay again

Only down side is the parking, there was no spaces and the it is very expensive to park close by

Location is excellent. Staff were attentive. Breakfast was good

In our room there was rubbish and sanitary product in the bin . Also sharp piece of broken glass found on the bed Told staff & received a room change & upgrade . In new room no soap in the dispenser in shower , toilet didn’t flush properly & low shower sprayed everywhere & unable to target direction to avoid it flooding .

It was spot on.

The staff were excellent, very professional and friendly. On arrival they had no record of my booking but on presenting my booking reference everything was sorted out. The location was excellent for the event I was attending only a few minutes walk away. If you wanted to go to the beach or pier the cliff lift was just across the road.

That my booking had not been passed to the hotel.

Loved the size of the rooms.

The bottle water provided was tap water. Would have been nice if bottled water was in the room.

Was clean , quiet, good location and relaxing and friendly staff

I left a postage box in my room to send a present in and it was not there after room service had cleaned the room and reception was not helpful or very interested in sorting the problem out and I was charged an extra £3:50 to my card ?
