The view was amazing with see view from our room. Staff very friendly.

The pool was not clean at all and the outside shower for the pool wasn't working so I ended up not using the pool and it was the main reason why we booked our stay. The hotel also doesn't provide toothpaste, or hair conditioning.

The location is phenomenal! There's a private beach and a swimming pool, if you're looking for the ocean, you only need to drive a couple minutes to Comporta beach. The rooms were spacious and had everything we needed.

We were unlucky with the bathtub in our room which turned on the massage feature during the night, by itself, impacting our sleep. The issue was sorted easily and everything else went perfectly well!

Quite good. Very personal service. Customer focused! Good attention from the staff. Off season accommodation - good the hotel was open and could take care of us. Thanks for allowing pets (our dog)

The swimming pool, friendly staff, lots of TV channels

Wifi didn't work, not so clean, very posh area (explains the price). the kitchen was very dirty, it looked like it hasn't been cleaned for a week or a month. We had diner in the Troia area we're also dissappointed, expensive food, lack of flavor and love in the dishes. I wished we stayed in Setubal instead of Troia. So if you're reading this, don't make the same mistake.
