Staff was awesome! Enjoyed the rooftop pool and bar. I really enjoyed everyone at the hotel. Pleasant and very pleasing staff. Shout out to Ifeoma (my favorite) for her great customer service! Thanks again for a great stay .. hope to see you soon!!

I was not familiar with Lagos airport. I scheduled a meet/greet and airport pick-up. Because I was not familiar, I was never greeted or picked up. Give more of an understanding to the process for foreigners visitors and requesting the service.

The parking spaces were to small. Had to drive round a couple of times before getting space.

It's clean, with a beautiful ambience.

Nothing everything is fine, looking forward to staying there next time.

I liked the foyer and the 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors. I also like the pool bar area which was nicely presented

the rooms were dated, the club lounge was not adequate in regards to what was on offer for the the day and was not up to a 5 star standard comparable hotel. I was disappointed that even though I booked the room for 3 people breakfast was only provided for two of us and the price I was quoted for my 14 year old son for breakfast when I booked earlier in the year was considerably different from the price when we got to the hotel. The staff don’t seem to use their initiative or discretion and always had to differ to the manager which was frustrating.
