Location is just perfect. The flat was nice and clean, very comfortable bed.
There was not enough hot water, ran out of it in the middle of my shower. Toilet seat was quite broken. There was no breakfast as advertised in the description. No communication back from owner in that regard eather. There was a cigarette fag in an ashtray inside the kitchen cupboard!

Може би едното легло (разтегателен диван) трябва да се премести в другата стая или да се разделят с параван, но това не е чак толкова голям проблем.

Najbolji apartman u Slavonskom Brodu! Lokacija u samom centru, osiguran parking, apartman predivan, čist sa svom potrebnom opremom. Apartman zaštićen od buke i odličan madrac tako smo se baš dobro naspavali i odmorili! Domaćin ljubazan! Za svaku preporuku!!

An amazing place with garden right in the centre of the town, close to all the pubs and shops. Exceptionally clean, the apartment provides everything you need and the owner is very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended!

We booked it because of the free parking and breakfast but the parking is on the street and we had to pay per hour also breakfast wasn’t available

Good location, clean, nicely decorated with a comfortable bed.
The heating was insufficient it was really cold. Credit cards are not accepted. The hot water boiler heats up only enough water for one, very very quick shower.

Everything was perfect and apartman looks really lovely. Location is great and overall really nice weekend.

Very centrally located, well equipped and functional apartment, lots of privacy. Loved the small patio!
The couch was converted into bed (in addition to the actual bed), which was not needed for our stay, so it was in the way. We expected private parking, but were advised to park on the street, across the apartment, which seemed to work fine (no parking tickets received).

The apartment is in the center of the town. It is very clean and nicely furnished.

Location is great. Breakfast was bacon, eggs, sausages, tomato, cheese,bread and milk. The facilities were very modern, tasteful, new and fresh. The apartment was located through a door leading to courtyard. The owners were very hospitable and welcoming although they spoke very limited English. The son was able to communicate easily with us and answer any of our questions.

Excellent appartment, great location, completly equipped. Great host, very friendly and helpfull (he paid the parking for us infront of the house on the street - nobody does this kind of things anymore). Also, the host has organized a breakfast for us like in a 5* hotel (brought it to our appartment, with kids menu..everything). All measures for Covid-19 were met, appartment was cleaned with desinfectant, masks were available at the appartment). I am really astonished with the value for the money of this accomodation. I deffinetly recommend it.

The apartment is very nice decorated, located in the city center near the restaurants and pubs area but it was very quiet. The breakfast was served in the apartment. It was clean and with all amenities in the kitchen. The host was very helpful.
We had a surprise that actually it is not an apartment, the living room and bedroom are in the same room. But we stayed only one night and it was ok finally.
