large, practical very big bed rooms
parking a little tight but fine

The size of the room were good and there was plenty of space. The property has toilets on all floors which is essential for a family stay.
1. Ant infestation on ground floor going to the second floor bedrooms
2. Cleaned to a poor standard. Oven in the kitchen was horrendous.
3. Thick dust on window sill and blinds (not recommended for Asthma suffers). Dust webs around the walls and ceilings.
4. Light not working in one of single room and or bedside tables.
5. Kitchen sink tap needs to be tightened.
6. Toilet not flushing on 3rd level.
7. Cigarette buts outside property.
8. Electric box cover broken outside. (not a great look on arrival)
9. Ants in cereals and food bag left on kitchen counter
10. Ants in glass of wine left for a few minutes on kitchen table
11. Shower changes from hot to cold water. Dangerous to use when you have kids.
12. Shower curtain fell on my daughter head as it not securely fitted.
13. Found a medication pill on the floor. Our kids could have picked this up and consumed the tablet.
13. Cob webs behind doors and skirting boards. Gives you a really icky feeling.
14. Basic items not in kitchen such as tea towels, oven gloves etc.

The property itself is fine. It’s very liveable and was ideal for a work trip for a group.
On arrival we hadn’t been sent the check in details. This resulted in multiple confusing phone calls to an emergency line before finally being able to check in hours later.

The wifi wasn't working all the time so we couldn't make calls. Also the front door didn't open

The Property was nice, clean and cosy.Beds were big and comfortable. The communication with the manager was quick and smooth. We were able to drop our bags earlier than check in, which was helpful. The location was great, close to town centre, shops and park.
The cleaners didn’t drop the toilet rolls, although they said they will return with them at the time of the check in.

House was spacious and clean, excellent location as we were close to family, and town and train station

Very good location, good value for a nice property with lots of space. Close to retail park and central Warrington.
A couple of maintenance issues which need addressing. Mainly bathroom tap jammed and table is on 3 legs so can't be moved to access all sides.

Couldn't find outside bin only recycling bin
WiFi password didn't work and manager didn't return call after leaving message regarding wifi
