Bienvenue à Laguna Madre Landing - une maison côtière loin de la maison pour le vacancier qui veut tout! Situé au Puente Vista Condominiums à Corpus Christi, c'est un endroit idéal pour de belles vues, de bonnes vibrations, de la détente, de la pêche, un accès à la plage à proximité, et Schlitterbahn est juste au coin de la rue! Garez votre bateau et / ou pêchez sur le quai privé qui offre également un accès instantané en bateau à la voie navigable Intercoastal et au canal Packery ainsi qu'à la Laguna Madre et au golfe du Mexique. Prendre plaisir!
Les finitions propres de la maison à l'intérieur incluent un nouveau matelas à plateau-coussin King dans la chambre principale et un plateau-coussin Queen avec deux lits superposés dans la chambre. Le condo peut accueillir confortablement 6 personnes.

My kids loved this place! They had plenty of extra toys, movies, games that kept the kids entertained while inside. The dock was my oldest kids favorite, out there from dawn to dusk casting out lines. We will definitely be back.

This home was exceptional! Beds are super comfy, place was very clean and updated. Owners very friendly. Kids loved fishing right outside. Wasn’t noisy great for a quick getaway. Will most definitely return!

We had the best time while here for our annual fishing trip. It is beautifully decorated and looks exactly as advertised online. The owners were very communicative up to, during, and after our stay. This condo had everything we needed, including a private, exclusive use dock. We really appreciated the fact they provide more than enough towels for you to use as well as blankets. The master bed is quite firm, but the queen bed in the guest room is super soft and comfortable. The couches are also very soft and comfortable as well. Something to be aware of, The condo is located on the second floor and there is not direct access to the water, so you will take trips up and down stairs to get to the dock to fish. The balcony is facing directly west and you will have an unobstructed view of the sunset every evening! We will absolutely be back next year and cannot wait to stay again. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

We had a blast! House is perfect location, close to everything. We enjoyed a little fishing on the dock and also went swimming in the pool (don’t forget to read information inside house, I overlooked the pool code). Owner was in contact and helpful with any questions you may have.

My daughters and I had a great time!! Great location, very clean, very quiet. The communication with the owners was above and beyond! They were very communicative and made us feel very welcome! Haven’t had this kind of quality services in a very long time. We will absolutely be back!!

This rental worked very well for us - the location, size, and comfort were exactly what we were hoping for.
I took off a star on cleanliness just because there was some deferred maintenance (like some older water damage to the ceiling that had some pieces crumbling off) and it could've had nicer towels, but those are only VERY minor complaints.
We will definitely book here again if the occasion arises!

The owners of this property were great to work with. If we had brought a boat for the dock or the weather (gray skies ) were better while we were there, we would have liked the property better.
The unit was very cutely decorated and the pictures were accurate. What did not show in the pictures of the unit were cracks in the shower (that have since been repaired I believe),ceiling repairs etc that are needed and the king bed in the master was hard (perhaps a memory foam topper). The unit is in a complex that was a bit "dated and tired" and the pool area was just the basics
It wasn't the owners fault that we could not sit on our deck or have the windows open in the evening because the neighbors were smoking pot and the wind blew it into our unit.
These things factored into our being as happy with the unit as we could have been otherwise and a 4 star rating instead of a 5.

My son’s 15th birthday vacation. I took him and his friend to the coast. Everything was great! We were able to dock our boat at the exclusive dock reserved for this condo. I really enjoyed the available boat trailer parking right there as well. The hosts were great. Immediately responded to any questions I had. Everything was as described in the listing. Location was perfect. We didn’t have to spend time idling down the canals from the dock to the intercoastal waterway. It is right there. Very convenient for fishing, or taking the boat to waterfront waterways. There is a cleaning station right on the dock. Comfortable beds, spacious rooms, full bathrooms for both bedrooms. We will definitely be staying here again.

Excellent views for bird watching overlooking the water. Even saw dolphin’s several times. Fishing off of the dock was good and fun too. The condo had everything we needed for our stay. We loved our stay here (was here last year too) and hopefully will stay here again.

We enjoyed this unit very much! We hope to come back again soon. The beds were very comfortable, the appliances worked well and the living area is very comfy and homey. The view over to Snoopy's Pier is so nice and watching the sun go down every evening was so relaxing. Thank you so much! We had a relaxing week.

The Laguna Madre Landing condo property looks exactly like the photos & is very nicely decorated, well-supplied, comfy, and it has amazing water views! Kevin & Mandi are fantastic hosts - very responsive and supportive of guest needs. We had great communication throughout my visit. I would absolutely recommend this property for a vacation stay any time of year. I had a wonderful experience and hope to return again soon!!!

The area is amazing to stay in. Everyone is super friendly & nice. My husband and I have been coming for years & we always stay in the Puente Vista condos. This one in particular was definately top 2 for us.

We stayed for an annual fishing trip and this place was new to us because the place we used to stay at was not available. This place is great and sleeps up to six adults. It is clean with a boat slip in a canal that is fun fishing for little ones. The condo was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. Full kitchen with pots, pans, dishes and cutlery so you don't have to bring any of those things. The checklist of tasks upon checkout was not unresonable.
Overall great experience for us. Only semi negative thing I can say about the condo is the driveway is relatively steep. Not an issue for younger folks but if you have bad knees or are a little older and have difficulty moving around this may be an issue to consider. Other than that we will definitely be staying here again in the future.

This place was absolutely beautiful. Every single furnishing and decoration was really pretty and well thought out. The owners were very easy to communicate with. There was plenty of extra towels, toilet paper, as well as a well stocked kitchen. The space worked PERFECT for our group of 2 kids and their mom in the bunk room, plus me and my spouse in the master. The kids also enjoyed the toys under the TV! The huge patio was a plus and the sunsets were to DIE FOR!! We loved this place and will absolutely be coming back.

Awesome spot for our beach vacation!
This condo was perfect for our family! Great location, comfy beds, and a fully stocked kitchen (which was super helpful). Loved the layout, the deck overlooking the water, and our own private dock for the kids to fish off of. Washer dryer were great and very necessary for a beach trip. There's even a nice pool if you get tired of saltwater! Kevin and Mandi have a great place, and we can't wait to visit again!

Being our first VRBO experience, this was great! The location was perfect for our daily visits to White Cap beach and our early morning and evening/nights sitting on the deck overlooking the water. The property managers were great to communicate with us on whatever questions we had.
