Le camere si trovano in un edificio vecchio e originale di Erice, come quasi tutti gli alloggi di questo stupendo paese. Bisogna fare a piedi un percorso di 300 m in salita, su una strada con fondo acciottolato non comodissimo se si hanno bagagli con ruote. Ottima l'accoglienza e la pulizia di camera e bagno. La colazione si fa su una terrazza che pensavo più panoramica (dopo aver letto le recensioni), un pezzo di mare si vede in lontananza, per il resto si vedono muri e tetti delle case vicine

Per quanto collocato in un edificio vecchio (ma ad Erice sono quasi tutti così) l'alloggio è buono, camera pulita e funzionale. Ottima la colazione, servita su un terrazzo, che pensavo più panoramico (si vede in lontananza il mare, per il resto solo tetti delle case vicine). La posizione è buona, in una viuzza secondaria, senza locali e negozi ma per questo tranquilla. Dal parcheggio principale del paese bisogna fare qualche centinaio di metri in salita e su un acciottolato non proprio comodo per trasportare valigie e trolley.

Il nostro soggiorno a Bella Vista B&B è stato stupendo. La comunicazione è stata efficacissima, abbiamo trovato parcheggio facilmente e ci sono state date tutte le informazioni necessarie. Il terrazzo è molto bello, la colazione buonissima e l'ospitalità impeccabile.

La nostra camera era in un edificio separato da quello del terrazzo, e quindi della colazione. Non è stato un problema per noi, ma se dovesse piovere non sarebbe il top.

Ottima posizione! Il proprietario ci ha accolto con tutte le cure del caso. Tre soluzioni diverse, tutte confortevoli. Colazione sul terrazzino, vista sulle Egadi…. Se il tempo non ti assiste é una fregatura!

Piękne miejsce.spokojnie.Z naszego pokoju był piękny widok na okolicę.Obiekt starszy ale bardzo zadbany i czysty.Sniadania dobre/na słodkoale też wędliny i sery,soki ,owoce.Gospodarze bardzo mili i uczynni udzielili nam duzo rad w sprawie transportu i zwiedzania..Śniadanie na tarasie z widokiem.

Excellent central location, clean and comfortable room. Lovely breakfast on the terrace with a beautiful room. The host went out of his way to make us feel comfortable and welcome and also helped us with parking and driving through the narrow streets.

Excellent breakfast and location! Parking area was a bit of a walk but to be expected. We bought a weekly pass and never had trouble finding a spot.

The city of Erice is wonderful and the B&B is in the middle of the city, very close to the main attractions. As in all the cities of Sicily, when you travel by car, the transport of luggage is usually complicated because you have to climb many stairs and slopes. I recommend for those who come to this B&B to park the car in Porta Carmine, which is free and is the closest to the hotel.

Fair breakfast. Very small room and shower. Super grouchy owner. Terrible. Don't try to check in early (even if it's pouring rain) or have any issues with your booking.

All was good The only thing was that I requested a late check out which was confirmed but we were told to check out at 11.00

Excellent breakfast served by friendly owners. Best croissant in Italy and also homemade cakes. Owners friendly and helpful. The roof terrace is a good place for breakfast or just to relax and admire the superb view. Unlike at some of the accommodation in the town where you're just met and then you never see the owners again, the friendly owners of Bella Vista actually live here, too, so always available to offer help if needed.

It’s right in the heart of Erice. The host and his wife were very friendly and welcoming, and provided very clear and helpful instructions on where to park, and about the town (restaurants etc). The facility is very well equipped, with a small kitchen in both levels, so you can make a cup of tea or store food in the fridge. If you were there for a longer stay, you would even be able to prepare a meal if you didn’t want to go out. The room I had was comfortable and very clean, as is the whole property. It didn’t have a view, although rooms on the upper level may have some view. However, there is a terrace at the top of the house with fantastic views, where breakfast is served if the weather permits.

breakfast could be improved, too many people at once to be served was too much for owners to cope with, quality of ham and cheese poor, oldish bread, not much choice, juice concentrated, tasteless stale cake and old apples. Also serving factory jams where they produce amazing home made products is a poor effort… not to mention the useless plastic byproducts!
