Beautifully kept house. Bedroom and bathroom were spotlessly clean and very bright and spacious. Very warm welcome. Loved our stay, thank you.
Not an issue, just a heads up...our wonderful pivate bathroom was just across the hall, so not directly connected to the bedroom. Not a problem for us, just remember to bring all your clothes/ toiletries with you :)
I think most of the other rooms are ensuite though.

The accommodation was so beautiful, so clean, and I felt very at home. More than that, the hosts are the most wonderful people! The breakfast was amazing and it was the perfect proximity to walk to Westport for dinner or a walk around town.

Lurgan House was in a beautiful setting with Croagh Patrick in background. Easy walk in Greenway into Westport. House clean and inviting and Lina and Gerald very welcoming.

Ina was a gracious host, very welcoming and helpful. Her breakfasts were the best. Great location to explore the area. Hiked Crough Patrick and Diamond Hill in the Connemara National Park. We preferred the Quay area for evening meals.

This beautiful house is spotless and very homely, with a great view of Croagh Patrick from the Mountain View 3 bed room. There’s a beautiful garden, shower gel dispenser in the en suite hot shower and very comfortable beds. Easy walking routes in to town or beyond and the breakfast was superb, saving us most mornings! Ina and Gerry made our trip really memorable. They are brilliant hosts and even better people, would not hesitate to stay here again next time I’m in Westport. Thank you for a fantastic weekend from all three of us!

We loved everything about Lurgan House. The location just outside the center of town but within easy walking distance along the Greenway was perfect. The sheep outside the front door were very special! The home is beautiful, warm and comfortable with plenty of space in the room and shared space in a living room for guests. Ina and Gerry are wonderful hosts and could not have been more charming and attentive. The breakfast was delicious. Lots of fresh fruit and the pancakes were a welcome break from lots of traditional Irish breakfasts including eggs!
There's not a thing not to like about Lurgan House. It is traditional Irish hospitality at its best in every way.

tea and coffee cups and saucers all outside on landing. never seen this before should be beside kettle. very inconvenient having to leave room first thing in the morning for cuppa.

We had a lovely if brief stay for a cycling weekend in Westport and Lurgan House was great. It is located on a quiet side road about halfway between Westport town and Westport harbour so a great location. We were able to store our bikes safely and we had a lovely relaxing stay with a delicious homemade breakfast.
