Everything was perfect from start to finish, very clean, well equipped kitchen, great location. Nicola and Ian were very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend this place if you want to visit Penzance. Thank you, Nicola and Ian!

The location of the property, cleanliness, welcoming host, Great comfort sleep due to good quality mattress. Home kind of feeling
Temperature of shower could have been checked as even in the eco made and at lowest temperature, the water is quite hot and if you run cold then it’s way cold. So only thing I would say is to get the shower temperature checked, rest can’t complain

Very clean, comfortable accomodation. Lovely, friendly, welcoming hosts who are only next door if you need anything. Close by to lots of local tourist attractions.

The owner is very accommodating and friendly. The place is neat and tidy. And the place has a close proximity to Cornwall's tourist destinations. It feels like our home away from home. I will definitely recommend this place.

Very clean , nice and warm room, kitchen is also very clean and well equipped, parking on site 🚘 everything as described and with my wishes. I am very pleased with the stay and I recommend it to everyone.

Well placed in quiet neighborhood. Private parking off road. Comfortable, well equipped kitchen, super clean. Pleasant private outdoor sitting place.
Comfortable fair sized bed. Welcoming owners. Well lit rooms. Livable and welcoming, pleasant in the outdoors. Well placed for visiting the area. An excellent choice for home away from home.
Slightly cramped overall. The kitchen was well equipped but not really big enough for the extra cooking equipment. The table to be usable, took up much of the space in the kitchen which is also the entrance to the property - we needed the outdoor eating space. As a couple, we didn’t need the twin bunk beds that take up a lot of living space.

Nothing we didn’t like, but a little more wardrobe space would be our only improvement or bathroom storage other than that perfect.

We found Annexe to be extremely clean and well equipped for our needs. The hosts was very accommodating when we realized the number of people on our booking was wrong. We were in a well situated area close to all amenities. We recommend and would stay again.

Great communication with the hosts, always super quick to reply. Extremely tidy and clean. Easy parking.
It was quite a small bedroom and small kitchen/diner, and the beds were all surprisingly short so our feet stuck out the end.

Location was good and it was great to be able to park on the drive of the accommodation. Warm, comfortable and quiet. Local shops etc handy with the town centre a short walk away.
Only one hotplate available in the kitchen (as well as a mini oven but no proper cooker). Could have done with another hotplate as cooking difficult with just the one.
