Ótima localização, quarto amplo com cama confortável. Roupa de cama e banho limpas, ar condicionado funcionando 100% e frigobar abastecido.
Local de banho um pouco apertado. Registro de água do chuveiro com difícil regulagem de temperatura.

The hotel is great, located near the Cascavel lake and zoo and somewhat close to the city centre. Beds were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great with a lot of options.
Even though the hotel is clean cozy, you can clearly see it is an old building showing its age and in need of some care at some minor details, like paint cracked on some walls.

The receptionist was super accommodating and helpful in planning our trip as we continued through a stretch of unforseen mayor traffic delays due to weather.
Didn't have an elevator. Traveling with a lot of luggage due to a long trip was a bit strenuous.
