close to Kerkrade where we needed to be
carpets look dirty, beds not comfortable, expensive

Sport- en eetmogelijkheden
Hotel wat gedateerd en bedden niet best.

Das Ambiente
3.5
Lekkere bedden, ruimte kamers
Nachtkastje bij de bedden en een 'afgesloten' toilet en douche. Nu konden we elkaar zien (en horen)

Did like almost everything.
Extractor of vapors and odors from the bathroom always on even with the lights off. Disturbing sound of about 20 decibels, to fall asleep.
4.5
The room was clean, efficient layout, nice view (3rd floor), friendly reception
Unfortunately the restaurant was closed, the door of the bathroom/toilet wasn't great, if one was in the shower, one couldn't go to the toilet because that side of the door was open (we were 3 in one room)

bed was too soft

Location has good access to activities (near the hotel, or in the Maastricht area).
Breakfast was so-so, room was not clean (cigarettes and cigarette package in the cupboard), uncomfortable pillows.
3.5
Beds comfortable. Good breakfast.
No bathroom that was isolated from the rest of the room. Shower and toilet were
Lots of noise from doing personal hygiene.
4.0
Breakfast far exceeded expectations for the price. Room was good, comfortable with good shower and room for luggage etc.
Only thing that could be improved was the blind on the window as with the outdoor lights being so bright there was a lot of light intruding which has a detrimental impact on my ability to sleep.
3.5
Breakfast good
Skiing fun for intermediates for a day
More of a hostel than a hotel
Bar menus uninspiring and loads of dirty glasses everywhere
Late checkout charges!

Great for one day of skiing or snowboarding. Everything is directly accessible, slopes, restaurants. The room itself was neat, clean and quite modern. But ...
Beds were too soft, the sofa for our kid was difficult to sleep on. You could hear people laughing and talking in the hallway at 3:00 at night loud and clear, no sound insulation at ll. And at 7:00 trucks started to pass by outside. On Sunday! That wasnt a good night sleep after quite a busy and active day at all. Actually, it was terrible. I would advice to book another hotel not far from there. Pay a bit more, but have a good rest afterwards.

Location, Location, Location
Bar staff, attempted to order drinks at the bar as we were sitting at the bar, told to order by waitress. 15 minutes later, still have not ordered, again attempted to order at the bar. We just left as service was terrible. , Rooms are very small. Do not recommend staying at this hotel, others are available.

The concept of SnowWorld is definitely appealing, especially for families. Snow, winter sports, hotel, restaurants, all in one spot. It’s a very convenient setup for a short getaway. The hotel rooms aren’t huge, but they are nice and have an Alpine feel. The breakfast is quite good, too, and has many options.
We stayed here for New Year’s Eve. We had done this before 4 years prior and had loved it. I was a little surprised to see that the Booking rating had since gone down quite a bit, and I unfortunately I now understand why. The management seems to have become a lot poorer in the last years. They seemed understaffed everywhere and we just didn’t get the impression that anyone truly cared. Things that should have been easy never were. For example, when we struggled with the online booking system for the NYE dinner (it was only in Dutch, there was no option to include kids under 4, it calculated the wrong price, then stopped working entirely), we kept emailing back and forth with the front desk and they kept referring us back to the system, then stopped responding for several days leaving us so frustrated we actually contemplated canceling the whole stay. They never responded to messages via Booking, either. This apparent disinterest in being helpful unfortunately carried over to several other interactions we had, e.g. when our key card stopped working and we were made to stand in a long line with all the new arrivals even though the very same person who had checked us in the day before stood behind the counter with nothing else to do. We did make it to the NYE dinner in the end, where everyone had to wait in line for 30-40 minutes to be shown their table because there was only 1 person doing the check-in and we were supposed to have been given a voucher by the front desk which we had never received. When we asked for the drinks menu they said there wasn’t one because the printer had made a mistake, so we mostly stuck to water, which seemed like it probably wasn’t great business for them. The kids playroom (very helpful to get through a long meal) was used to store furniture. None of these things were a big deal on their own but just created an overall impression of disinterest. It’s a great setup and we’d like to go again, but hopefully management will improve again.

Great location, lot of things to do
Beds a little uncomfortable, but still good price quality

convenient to use the ski slope and staff were helpful
Room not prepared as we were informed but fortunately we had 2 rooms, so were able to put all our stuff in the other room until ready.
Bin not emptied and spillage marks but rectified when mentioned.

good rooms with great access to snowworld park.
bit noisy rooms, if you have bad neighbors it can be an issue.
5.0
It’s perfectly located with direct access to the slopes.
if you need a ski pass for more than 3 days buy a monthly pass. it’s cheaper. we did not know it and wasted €157.
