No está cuidado, para lo que valen es muy caro. Parece que tenga una estrella (hablando de la habitación). Encima, vamos con perro, siendo un hotel petfriendly y no le permiten entrar en las zonas comunes.

Staff obviously undertrained…Spa an extortionate extra.
Bar meals were burned and served with sustain. Restaurant could accommodate a table of 3 guest despite obvious vacancies.

The room was exceptional a very nice hotel. Check in was a bit long. Staff were pleasant but need to smile more. The snack bar facilities were very poor. We asked for some food at 6.30 pm and we're told they only serve from 8.30. The barman was not very pleasant. It did us a favour as we walked into town and found a very friendly local bar who cooked us a wonderful meal and went out of there way to make us welcome.
Not a very friendly atmosphere. Its a shame as the hotel it self is really lovely.

The hotel was attractive with plenty of parking underneath. The dining room set menu was good and breakfast also good. The location was quiet and we had a good view of the distance mountain tops. The artificial grass on the patio outside our room was a nice touch.
We woud have liked tea/coffee making facilities in the room and we really don't see the point of the window between the bathroom and bedroom. In fact, we like to leave a bathroom light on overnight for convenience and that meant the bedroom wasn't as dark as we would liked as the blind did not block the light sufficiently. A heavier blind would have been appreciated.

Hotel stuck in the middle of nowhere with a derelict golf course beside in a bespoke housing scheme. Nowhere to go apart from the hotel. Not the easiest to find. Went on a DB&B basis and meal not up to expected standard. Poor, chewy steak, badly microwaved other dish.

I booke"d to have access to the SPA and the SPA was out of order this evening, so I booked there for nothing. I cant say all is perfect unless that was bad luck!

The staff were welcoming and friendly. The room was large, spotless clean and the most comfortable bed we had during our whole trip.
We had a bad experience in the restaurant. The service was great but we ordered 2 steaks, medium rare, and they arrived so undercooked that the inside was cold. We sent both steaks back, the same plates arrived back 2 minutes later, meat still undercooked. We both love a bit of blood in our beef but these were raw. Very disappointed and an insult to the farmer.

I found one problem if you wish to sleep of a night with the window open and no air con working
None stop dog barking all night of up to seven dogs barking to 5am

The rooms and breakfast were good. Clean and comfy, and a kids club with some activities for kids.
Hotel is offered as a hotel with a pool, but that was not the case. you need to book the pool that is open only 5h a day. If you go with kids is even shorter as they ask you to use it only at 4pm. To use the pool you have to pay a fee that is not included in the room price and a high price for the short time allowed to use it. And finally, even if it happens that you pay and have the time to go at the specific time you booked for the kids, you have to wear flip-flops, a bath cap, and a bathrobe to enter/use the facilities.
