La ubicación
Llegamos a la hora que nos indicaron teníamos reservados 3 apartamentos ,resulta que uno de ellos no estaba limpio y nos lo darían 2 h más tarde … pero no fue así nos dejaron dos tarjetas sin número de apartamento en uno de los apartamentos y no sabíamos cuál era por lo que tuvimos que dormir como pudimos en dos apartamentos sin poder utilizar el tercero que teníamos pagado . Al día siguiente hablamos con la chica de recepción y nos dice que se pondrá en contacto con nosotros para solucionar la noche que tuvimos que pasar en dos apartamentos cuando hemos pagado tres pero hasta hoy no sabemos nada…

The location was great for the beach, but a fair walk into the centre, but it wasn't a problem, we just got a taxi on the way home at night. The actual apartment was basic, but pleasant enough. The beds were really comfy and got a good nights rest.
Hardly any utensils, pans and no kettle to boil water for a hot drink in the morning, ended up having to use a large pan, which took ages to boil.

Roomy apartment right on beach.
Apartment #5 faced the beach and had great morning sun. Checkin was straight forward.
The room was clean throughout and bathroom very good. Furniture was a bit tired but adequate.
Beds very comfortable and fresh linen.
Didn’t use the kitchen but noted microwave and fridge. Seemed to be adequate crockery, glasses etc.
Only drawback was heating not turned on at this time of year in the apartment but we have found this in several hotels in Spain.

Localización. Es lo único que tiene este sitio.
Esta vez nos tocó el apartamento 8. La cama de la habitación de matrimonio es insufrible, dura como una piedra y llena de bultos. Hemos acabado los 4 maldurmiendo en una habitación. Nadie en recepción, de casualidad la que estaba limpiando habitaciones nos dio la llave… gracias a que el check in estaba hecho online (ni eso se hace en recepción).

Habitación triple. Las camas dejaban mucho que desear y una de ellas era un sofá-cama roto de desgaste. Una pena para la ubicación que tiene.

Be aware the parking during the high season is really difficult, it is possible to park outside to unload luggage for a short time then find somewhere to park.the roads are free to park on if you can find a space!

Room was a good size, the staff at reception were really pleasant and helpful.
There was quite a strong smell from the restaurant below upon arrival, and the kitchen had limited items (one bowl, no spoons). The bed had clean linen but was very firm.

We stayed in this apartment for 6 nights.
The apartment was clean, not very big, but nice, with almost everything needed for a good stay.
It is located 3 min. walk from the beach and about 20 minutes from the center, convenient parking nearby.
The staff were very friendly and helpful for any need.
Unfortunately in the apartment you can hear all the noises from the other apartments or from outside.
The wi-fi wasn't very strong.

Great location, next to the beach, restaurants and supermarket. Nice deco and basic amenities in the kitchen. Plenty of free on street car parking. Receptionist was nice and friendly.
Bathroom needs a bit of cleaning. It's best to inform about arrival time because reception is not 24h. Pillows were a bit discoloured. We didn't sleep well because of very noisy street so take your ear plugs.

The location is unbeatable, in a residential area just in front of el Sardinero beach.
The place is so clean and smells lovely everywhere.
Our room was super modern with a small kitchen, perfect hot and powerful shower. Fridge with freezer. Everything was perfect.
Nothing to complain about. As advertised.

Apartamentos Las Brisas has a great location, the beach is 2 minutes walk. Near there is a playground, supermarket, cafe is downstairs. We were totally satisfied! Thank you!

Fairly large apartment and in a prime location for the beach opposite
Slightly tired apartment but it was clean and well equipped. No hotel parking and although there is a lot nearby it can be difficult to find a space on a weekend.

Close to beaches of Santander overlooking a park. Lots of street parking around.
The apartment had limited amount of crockery ie I cereal bowl between 2 of us. Limited number of evening eating places open.

The apartments are located very close to the beach and there is a restaurant just next to it. We did not eat there, but it was nice to have something close by especially if travelling with kids. The staff was very helpful and gave us good instructions on how to check in if we were late. Check out was easy.
