IL cibo , purtroppo la qualità è medio /bassa. Lo staff , soprattutto alla reception, poco amichevole. L'arredamento ai piani ,negli spazi comuni,con la moquette e senza aria condizionata .

Decisamente nulla. Forse la posizione prossima al mare ma lontana da qualsiasi cosa. Se non vuoi vivere in hotel, to devi spostare sempre con la macchina

Da dove partire? A parte la hall che è di recente ristrutturazione e funge da specchio per le allodole, il resto della struttura è in totale abbandono e degrado. Puzza orribile di muffa e non so cos'altro nei corridoi, che somigliano più ad un ospedale psichiatrico che ad un hotel. Muri fatiscenti nei corridoi, che saranno stati dipinti l'ultima volta prima del 2000. Le stanze? Incommentabili. E non parlo dell'arredo vecchio, quello è evidente dalle foto. Puzzano e sono in uno stato di degrado assoluto. Con mobili rotti, pulizia quasi assente. Rispetto al bagno non saprei cosa dire.. orribile, con una finestrella che da su una specie d'intercapedine piena di muffa, ragni e ragnatele. Ah.. c'è solo una presa nella camera, lontana dal letto. Servizio? La mattina alle 8 ci hanno svegliati insistentemente ( era la signora delle pulizie che voleva rassettare la stanza...con tutto il rispetto per il lavoro della signora ma sono le 8 e sono in vacanza!). Se non hai la colazione inclusa, non puoi prendere neanche un caffè prima delle 10, ora in cui apre il bar dell'hotel. Questo è un hotel 4 stelle a 170 euro a notte per la settimana di ferragosto. Abbiamo soggiornato una sola notte e poi siamo scappati chiedendo il rimborso ( che ci hanno dato perché hanno riconosciuto il degrado della struttura che era innegabile).

Nel complesso bel Resort. Parcheggio gratuito. Buono il buffet. Tre piscine di acqua salata. Animazione poco invadente e piccoli spettacoli serali.

Necessaria manutenzione nelle camere e in alcune parti comuni.

Bellissimo hotel fronte mare, ottima la posizione vicino ai traghetti in partenza per Comino e Gozo. Vicinissima anche la ferma del bus proprio dietro all'hotel. Ottima colazione, pranzo e cena (noi avevamo la pensione completa) e con tanta scelta. Pienamente soddisfatta!

Le piscine sono tutte con acqua salata, magari una con acqua dolce sarebbe stata ottimale, ma capiamo il problema dell'acqua potabile che hanno sull'isola.

Niestety w nocy w łazience spotkaliśmy karaluchy. Paskudne i duże. Ponadto mimo, iż hotel jest duży, basen i miejsce do plażowania są raczej skromne. Wokół basenu ciasno ułożone leżaki, trudno o relaks czy odpoczynek jak na 4* słabo. Śniadania kontynentalne,monotonne, kolacje skromne.

Peccato che non ci siano negozi o punti di intrattenimento vicino, per raggiungere qualche centro bisogna per forza spostarsi in bus o auto

Nice hotel with fantastic view, calm pool area, good food, great bar, loved it was contacted to the dive center.

Extremely thin walls, you could literally hear everyone word the neighbors were saying. Had a group of young people stay for a few days and had to tell them to be quiet multiple times in the night so I could sleep., extremely annoying and disruptive. Power outlets stopped working in my room halfway through the trip and were never fixed. I left my powerbank in the lobby to charge instead and it was stolen during breakfast. When I reported this to the reception they were very unhelpful, wouldn't help me investigate and told me to go to the police station instead, and that they had no responsibility to support me. Very unhelpful behaviour from the staff.

Far from Valetta and St Julians. The room was comfortable but with a weird smell like the previous ones where smoking in the room

Great location to travel to Gozo and very tranquil, yet bus service straight outside the property

Booked and paid extra to have south facing room and they would not agree it was not south facing even after sun did not reach balcony until after 2pm I even offered a photo of the sunset they then changed to say it was pool view but would not give a copy of this. It is advertised on booking .com as south facing and confirmed on my booking

L'hotel è molto grande e in una posizione a mio parere ottima, soprattutto se si ha a disposizione l'auto. Vicinissimo agli imbarchi per Gozo e Comino e con una vista spettacolare sulla baia. La camera era molto calda e spaziosa, così come il bagno, anche se l'arredo era un po' datato e minimal. Staff gentile, tutti i servizi presenti (piscina esterna ed interna con sauna, sala giochi, bar, ristorante anche alla carta, estetista/parrucchiera, market...), buffet molto ricco sia a pranzo che a cena. Rapporto qualità / prezzo molto conveniente. Sicuramente consigliato.

Per un italiano il cibo è sempre un po' un punto critico, evitare la pasta sicuramente. Consiglierei maggiori opzioni per i bambini a cena. Piscina molto apprezzata, ma sia l'acqua che l'ambiente andrebbero riscaldate maggiormente in inverno.

The food was dreadful and basically the same every day. The air conditioning was pathetic and on two evenings of our stay it broke down in the restaurant resulting in everyone sweating profusely. It took management ages to even open what windows they could. The tennis court’s net was two thirds of the height it should be and there were holes in the surrounding netting which meant your tennis balls were constantly leaving the court. We only played once as it was not worth the hassle. Our room was spartan and noisy as next to the road leading to the ferry. The staff in the restaurant were lovely as most were temporary; students working during summer break. This hotel is tired and needs a complete refurbishment and a change of management to be successful. There needs to be a proper tour desk to help residents plan trips to other parts of the island. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. Our holiday was not what we expected it to be.

1. The AC didn't work 2. The room electric tripped out every few minutes 3. Cockroach in the bath tub 4. Had to pay deposit to charge drinks to the room 5. Poor selection of food for vegetarians 6. Could not access gym tried twice with the key from Reception and it didn't work 7. Swimming pool was green 8. Vodka in cocktails was 30% proof 9. Staff were not friendly and didn't nothing about any complaints 10. Shocked that this place has 4 stars 11. Spoke to customer relations and they did nothing 12. Not allowed to refill your water bottle at lunch and breakfast. Only given 1 small bottle of water on arrival

the pool was freezing and not clean , in my opinion there should have been some central heating for the pool area and for the pool water

The room was extremely spacious, large even for three and four people. Bathroom well-appointed. Breakfast abundant and staff polite. View from the room is wonderful.

The hotel has been renovated in some areas, but in others, still feels like a 70s hotel. Food is abundant but not very varied from one day to another, and not very high-end considering it is a 4-star hotel. Half-board option was thus a mixed blessing, because there are no other restaurants nearby.
