Die Lage, Terrasse

Das Zimmer wurde nicht richtig gereinigt. Schimmel im Bad. Flecken auf den Handtüchern und Betwäsche. Auf dem Innenkissen waren Schweißflecken von Vorgängern , ich habe mich geekelt in dem Bett zu schlafen. Alle Desinfektionspender im Hotel waren leer und wurden nie voll gemacht. Mangel an Hygiene. Betten waren unbequem. Preis- Leistung- Verhältnis sehr schlecht.

Posizione ottima, colazione abbondante, e vista mare! Camera piccola ma funzionale e soprattutto vista mare!!

Non c'era il frigo in camera.

Veel verkeer vlak voor het hotel. Erg lawaaiig, wanneer je zoals ons, de kamer daar hebt.

El estudio muy amplio y con vistas al mar!

Posizione ottima, stanza pulitissima, colazione varia e molto buona.

Doskonała lokalizacja, miła okolica, blisko do sklepów spożywczych i przystanków autobusowych, blisko morza. Z balkonu widać było morze, jak się spojrzało w bok. Pokój był przestronny, z aneksem kuchennym, dobrze wyposażonym. Panie na recepcji przemiłe i umiały doradzić w kwestii dojazdu.

Przy bardzo silnym wietrze suwane drzwi od balkonu strasznie głośno telepały, ale jednocześnie hałas z ulicy wygłuszały, więc były szczelne.

Beds were comfortable and rooms were very clean.

Not able to hang dresses in the wardrobe. Breakfast was ok but fruit juice was watery, fruit salad was tinned, and it was like a free for all.

The noises in the morning of cleaning the rooms above and next to my room.. the bathroom is very small.

great location and staff is very friendly and professional(reception and breakfast).

mattress really old and uncomfortable, two days were enough to require a massage. No fridge in the room (believe me you need it in Malta), dead flies and mosquitos on the floor…probably look for other hotels nearby with basics in place.

location was good. hotel had a pool which was great but i was traveling for work so used it just for once.

Room. I requested with window, room didn’t have window so was not absolutely suitable or bearable to stay there unless for sleep. upon booking i requested the room to have window, hotel confirmed like all rooms gave window but that was miss leading. when complained offered alternative room half the size of already tiny room i had with tiny window that faced the wall of the other building. it had a child’s bed i am not sure how normal size adult can fit in there, bathroom had a sliding door and not sure how one would sit on toilet sit with closed door. so i canceled the alternative and set outside for my work. i will not ever stay there at least they should have been honest in their initial communication about non existing window. also the towels were grayish so got my towels outside was not sure if they were clean.

Nice customer service, sorted out my room far from my friends, excellent location, very clean, amazing view and breakfast, was so delicious and variety of fooda, I enjoyed the hotel stay. Thank you very much

When I did my check in and my room was in the other side of the building and the lady on the reception found a room in the same building to my friends and apart from that everything was perfect

Beds not very comfortable. Mattresses kept sliding and sheets too small!

poor wifi didn’t connect properly in room only by the door, no smart tv for fire stick and minimal English channels. We ran out of toothpaste , the hotel didn’t even have stock of mini toothpaste available. dusty room

Room was clean with good view. Would have liked slightly bigger room. Location was excellent for our needs. Restaurants, bars and transport. Breakfast was adequate and plenty of choice. Staff very helpful too.

Would have liked a cocktail bar to retire to and more lounge facilities.

Our room was only cleaned once in the time that we were there (7 nights), even had to go and keep asking for basic things like clean towels and toilet paper as these weren’t even given. The breakfast was very average and tasted like basic catering food that had been mass fried and then stored away after every breakfast for the next day. The staff were pleasant but there was a communications barrier with some of the staff not being able to speak Maltese or English. The bathroom also had a poor smell almost like there was an issue with water draining and the water had remained stagnant in the pipes.

Location is perfect, right near the bus stop and sea was very near. Staff was helpful, indoor swimming pool was temperature controlled.

No Sound proofing was there for 4 nights , couldnt sleep a single night well. Breakfast was not good , very limited options and only store bought food. Bed was too small for a person 6feets

The duvets were thin and felt not comfortable.

Location was handy, cheap for late/early arrival travellers. Staff were helpful and friendly.

It was outdated, rooms could of been cleaner (showers had mould). Needs some TLC

Good location, close to many restaurants and bars, and with a bus stop just outside with buses every few minutes heading to Valetta. My room was very quiet too.

The place seems to be three buildings combined into one and was confusing to navigate at first. The place also needs more or faster lifts/elevators as they could be very busy.
