Very poor facilities.

Over looking bay

We were over a shop that was being renovated each morning at 7 the builders started work was at times unbearable spoke to reception every morning when the drilling started and was told they shouldn’t be starting until 9 am and the manager would speak with them nothing changed only offered a room change on day 5 but we were going on day 7 wasn’t worth it!!

Pokoje krasne a ciste. Na pokoji varna konvice coz jsem na hotelu jeste nezazila. Takze super. Nabytek v pohode, zadnej starej nebo extra novej, proste zlaty stred. Na koupelne uz slo videt dlouhodobejsi pouzivani, sprcha zespod trosku rezavejsi, ale nic co by melo vadit. Cas se podepise na vsem 😹

Proximity to the beach.

Hotel entrance was hard to find. Then there is one small elevator for 6 floors. And elevator did not came to 3rd floor. The room is spacious but bathroom was so small, I could not fit in the shower, and Im small (5.6"). The hallways are so filthy and walls were wet. Also really loud if you take sea wiew. Thr bed is small amd not comfortable. Even I put no disturb sign, maintenance were pounding on the door to enter. Really not ok. Also the safety is not big. Breakfast had poor choices. And thr guy working there, eat food from the plates by his fingers. Overall really expensive for what they offer.

The staff was very helpful, exceptionally kind and did their best.

TV had few channels. Shower was incredibly small. The whole place could use a cosmetic renovation.

Location is very good and the staff is generally nice. They are always eager to help and they really do their best.

This is the third time I had a booking at this hotel and now I have learned from my mistakes. If you have very low standards it’s generally fine and the location balances out the cons. Room service is probably the worst I have seen anywhere else in the world. The room had a couple of cups and spoons that the staff did not wash, but simply put it back upside down on the tray. They did not clean the floor. They did not clean the bathroom properly. They did not replace our towels when we left them on the floor to be replaced. Housekeeping is simply very bad at their job. The lift is a joke of its own. Even if it’s empty, for some strange reason it takes MINUTES to go from floor 6 to 0. I timed 4 minutes of wait time until the empty lift came down. How does that happen? Unexplainable. The rooms are very loud. The safe has no instruction manual and every room seems to have a different safe because in ALL OF MY STAYS I needed to ask the staff for help when handling the safe.

I like everything about this hotel. I can recommend it to everyone. And I want to thank Anita that she helped us with everything. :)

As expected the hotel is a high quality establishment. People are professional and genuinely service oriented, everybody is focused on making guest stays pleasant especially the staff ANITA ☺️, rooms are spacious and clean, concierge was helpful in arranging events during our stay. Location and the staff are nice and helpful..

The smell of the beddings,and pillow is disgusting..and also the room and comfort room are smell stingky..and the AC also is not working properly..

Central, lovely staff and easy to get too.

Nothing really, just would have liked milk instead of powered milk.

Fabulous place to stay. Swim, eat and hotel pickup for excursion. Love it.

Great location basic rooms but clean

paid for the standard double room for single occupancy because it was advertised as with a double bed and larger room than the economy single which had a single bed. booked with friends who all opted for the economy rooms. all rooms are exactly the same and in actual fact two of our party who paid for economy single had larger rooms than mine and both with double beds and balcony and I had two singles pushed together. when I asked the reception she shrugged and said I don’t know what the difference is between economy and standard until I pointed out there isn’t one except maybe around 150 euros for the duration of my stay.

The location is decent and well connected. The room was spacious. Air con worked well.

The WiFi was terrible -- I had to work for one day of our trip and had to use data throughout the day. (I'm surprised this is still an issue in 2022). If your WiFi doesn't work, clearly communicate that to your customers. The walls are apparently really thin as we could hear a lot of noise from the outside. The beds were incredibly uncomfortable. The room itself had a damp smell and there was no fridge. The toilet wouldn't flush properly and the water pressure of the shower head was nonexistent. The holder was also barely attached to the tiles.

The location is super central and safe. Reception were helpful, accommodating and understanding.

The pictures did not represent what it was like, however it is a 3 star property so it would fit that standard. It’s a bit run down. The bathroom is tiny and the shower head doesn’t stay up so need to hold it. Beds are hard so it’s all okay just outdated and run down but very spacious rooms so great price for a budget conscious family. on a main road so quite noisy as well, particularly at night time. I was not really able to enjoy tranquility but the location is really central and convenient.
