Staff were really poor and unhelpful , we had an emergency so had to cancel and we tried to 24 hours in Advance and they didn’t offer us any money back and were very difficult , could barely understand what we were saying, ignoring us.

Newly refurbished with good touch. Nice and clean throughout. Our suite was ok, not out of this world, a bit pricey for the standard we get. Breakfast very good for 14€

No shade on the terrace and pool. I would expect at least a sign stating why there was no shade. We understood from staff that umbrellas had recently flown away because of wind and they were looking into finding a better solution. In the meantime they could have arranged temp fix

Fantastic room, gym and common areas. Nice rooftop swimming pool, it woul be great to have bar service in the rooftop during the afternoon.

Comfy beds. Good location and nice pool. Was quiet up until the drilling.

Couldn’t use stairs for some reason and the lifts were old and one looked unsafe. Carpets need a clean in hallways. Jacuzzi wasn’t working and we wasn’t told when we checked in. Would of put a better review but on the last day there was loud drilling and banging in the morning which really ruined it for us, wouldn’t go back for that reason.

i booked for my birthday, and they gave me an upgrade, it was amazing, the room was clean, with comfortable bed, fantistic pool and jacuzzi, i like the gym in roof top , good atmosphere.You feel like at home …. many thanks for everything…

Rooms need an update (at least on one part of the hotel) Pillows old and very flat. Air conditioning aimed straight at the head of the bed, difficult to control, either too cold or off.

Nice reception hall. Bed was comfortable. Room was very quite at night. Hotel is located at a very nice park (almost a botanical garden). Location of hotel is very convenient, close to everything Santa Cruz has to offer.

Swimming pool/Jacuzzi were closed (under construction) without this being mentioned on booking.com. Room window was looking onto a wall, so no daylight came into the room (very dark). Furniture in mini suite is very outdated. Half of the hall way to the room was dirty and outdated, other half was fine. Hotel, as it is at the moment, is not worthy to be called a 4 star hotel (at least as long as swimming pool is closed). Paid parking space was extremally small (almost impossible to park a very small car, was only possible with 10 back and forth movements).

I loved the location of the hotel and the staff was very nice and helpful, the interior is lovely and the breakfast was super fantastic. The room was very cozy and it had little balcony overlooking a big garden it was super nice. The shower in the bathroom was one of the best I've experienced in a hotel abroad. The Ac was perfect.

The bathroom in our room was a bit odd as you could see through the glass walls so there is not possible to have a complete privacy while staying at the toilet. It was ok for us as we have known each other for nearly 40 years but still a bit odd but we didn't mind.

I liked the location and breakfast, it was very good

They provide one bottle of water on your arrival and that's it. It was 29 degrees Celsius and they refuse to top up the water. I think that is so cheap of a hotel which charged this kind of price. They don't provide drinking water, how insane!
