Tudo muito bom: quarto, café da manhã, restaurante, simpatia dos atendentes. Próximo à estação de trem e dos pontos turísticos. Recomendo e voltaria.

Apenas o fato de que o recepcionista disse que o café da manhã era até 11:00, mas não avisou que durante a semana acaba às 10:00.

Zimmer : Total verstaubt, da hatte die Hausdame wohl keine Zeit für die Endkontrolle. Das Badezimmer war sauber Frühstück : einfach nur schrecklich. Der Service sehr Unaufmerksamkeit, das schmutzige Geschirr wird nicht abgeräumt, und stapelte sich auf dem Tisch . Der Kaffee : sehr schlecht. Die Belüftung im Zimmer ist sehr laut . Die Luft im Zimmer (Fenster lassen sich nicht öffnen) ist schlecht.

Well kept property. Clean and everything worked.

Surprise fees or costs. We specifically chose the place for its pet friendliness and parking availability, only to find out at arrival that these 2 things would make the stay 30% more expensive.

Breakfast is wonderful. A lot of choices and the quality is excellent. My kids really like the pastries, pancakes and bread. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The best part is the convenience as the hotel is very near to the town center.

Everything is great as typical for a Novotel.

Wir haben nur am letzten Morgen gefrühstückt. Auf dem Frühstücksbuffet flogen Obstfliegen herum, alle hatten Durchfall binnen Stunden, der 2 Tage anhielt. Wir denken alle, dass es das Frühstück gewesen sein muss. Das war wirklich etwas ekelhaft.

My bias for lavish Indian breakfast cuisine plays a role here as there were limited options for family but since this is European property I lower my expectations... A nice surprise could be some Indian vegetarian dishes if it could be arranged Since the property was close to city centre the parking was also charged but convenient so folks using their own car it's very very convenient

Das Hotel war doch irgendwie zentral, auch wenn es etwas von Stadtzentrum entfernt war. Alles war ganz modern eingerichtet und auf die Bedürfnisse einer Familie mit 2 Kindern ausgerichtet. Auch zum Arbeiten hätte ich alles gefunden, was ich bräuchte. Auch das es im Restaurant beim Frühstück einen Kinderhochstuhl von IKEA gab war sehr von Vorteil.

Das Zimmer war für ein Familienzimmer doch etwas klein, 1-2 qm mehr hätten dem Kinderwagen gut getan. Ein Waschbecken in dem separaten Klo wäre auch super gewesen.

Location was perfect and felt very safe as a woman to walk back to during the daytime. Check in staff were very friendly and helpful and couldnt do enough for me. The room was very clean and the beds super comfy. The bathrooms need conditioner and not just shampoo....most bizarre this is not provided.its a given every woman I know uses BOTH to wash hair ! Very clean hotel and the food at the restaurant in the evenings was lovely. There were NO Vegan options for breakfast apart from Granola with Soy Milk...and no salmon for those of us who dont eat meat so I didn't take breakfast at all. no point.

Female Waiting staff: I was not impressed with the manner one of the female waiters spoke to me..very unfriendly telling me not to sit out on the street restaurant without telling anyone I was there when I asked why noone had come out for 20 mins to see if they had anyone waiting(????)...SHOCKED that this is customer service.. as a client I should not have to walk inside to tell someone I am there waiting to be served - its a restaurant.. their role and why they are paid is to come out and check..(I was a waitress for 5 years years back as a student myself and trust me I would NEVER have spoken like this to a paying customer!)

The rooms were comfortable. I appreciated that there were two options for breakfast - a full buffet breakfast as well as a more economical express breakfast, the latter which was ample and suited our needs perfectly.
