for Croatia - a good hotel with a good enough variety of food. The sea is close. The hotel staff tries to solve all the issues that arise.

The air conditioning in the room does not work well, the temperature did not fall below 27. Rooms are not cleaned every day as stated. Sunbeds on the beach for a fee. Lack of water at dinner, only for a fee. The room is just a microscopic refrigerator, a bottle of water will not fit. The problem is finding a parking space nearby. The curtain in the shower is very small - when washing water gets on the floor, there is nothing to wipe it with. No kettle and glasses in the rooms.

Nice swimmingpool for my child. Good water park in the sea for familyfun. Restaurant alla carte was very good and not as expensive as expected. Nice view from room and restaurant. Better internet then expected. Good play park for child.

Parking was a nightmare, but we were lucky (but was already aware because i read some opinions). Rocks on the left beach are very sharp, slippery and dangeours.

This is a wonderful hotel for a family vacation. Location is amazing with sea views from rooms, pool and restaurant. Central Vrsar is a less than 10 mins walk away. Food was delicious with great variety. All in all highly recommended!

Parking can be an issue when arriving later in the day. We travelled with a stroller and had to carry it up and down lots of stairs (to our room, to the restaurant, to the pool). It is manageable if you don‘t mind and are able to do it.

Staff on reception is the best. Apartments are perfet and comfortable.

hotel location, apartment, view on the sea from apartment (that one which we had ...), area of the hotel, nice pool , close to sea with small nice beach (good for children), close to city center.

some problems with parking place inside hotel (fully booked at late evening). Additional free parking was 1km from hotel. In apartment - there was the coffee maker but did not have a kettle .... little disadvantage if you travel with small children.

No parking anywhere close to your room. If you still got it by chance, you wouldn’t want to use your car anymore because your parking would immediately be lost. In short: your locked to the resort and its vicinity. Not enough for us. You’re forced to pay the final bill in Kuna with no good exchange rate (unless you could plunk down the Euro-amount in cash all of a sudden). At other places in Croatia, the currency of the payment was at our choice. No issue anymore from 2023 on…

Modern and comfortable apartment. Towels were changed often. Close the beach.

Problem to find the parking place. There was a leakage in the kitchen sink, which the technician could not fix 3 times.

the resort consists in many buildings on the hill, to go to beach or restaurant you have do some "climbing", the check-in took too much time

The garden around the hotel, nearby the sea and in walking distance to the charming village Vrsar.

No room service, not even water complimantary. Paying for the beach towel after the first change is not acceptable. Prices for coffe and drinks in the Restaurants are much to high. Bathroom need to be renovated, showering in a bath tab...old furniture....no coffee or tea facility in the room beside no drinking water.

Perfect balcony for 3 people to have a breakfast with seaview, excellent air conditioned rooms. The beach is one minute to the apartement. The staff is extemely nice and polite and they try to solve all your problems and give everything you want/need.

There was no detergent + sponge in the kitchen (unlike previous years), but problem solved :). A few ants in the kitchen...
