La úbicación, muy cerca del centro!
La habitación el estilo muy oscuro y viejo. Teníamos una habitación en 1er planta, y nos subío los olores de cocina.La verda fue muy desagradable tener que dormir con olores a cocina! La vista a la calle enfrente los contenedores de basura!

Muy bien situado, y con aparcamiento privado a buen precio.
Las paredes no están bien insonorizadas y se oye todo lo de la habitación de al lado.

Very good location. Comfortable and with everything we needed. Secure motorcycle parking. Very good, ample breakfast with excellent coffee.

The location was great for sightseeing, souvenir shopping and dining. The hotel was clean and conveyed a pleasant atmosphere. Our room was quiet so we had no problems sleeping. The staff were courteous and friendly.
While the location was great as noted, the hotel is, like most of Mérida, located on the side of a hill. It's not a fault of the hotel, but future guests should be aware of this and set their visit expectations accordingly. Unless one uses taxis to get around the town no matter where one stays there will be multiple hills to climb. In the end the efforts will be worth the work.

This hotel was the best overnight stop we have had on this holiday. It was well maintained, clean and comfortable. It offers garage parking which is essential when you are carrying visible luggage. It was also the cheapest 1 night stop.

Bed was sadly very uncomfortable and the air conditioning was useless.

Very clean and near to the centre of town.
A buzzing noise made by the air con/ heating system which stopped me from sleeping. I finally figured out how to turn off the system, but there should be information in the room for guests.

Good location, the room and the bathroom are nice. there is a private parking, which is good.
the cleaning of the room and bathroom can improve a bit(found hairs of the last guests on the floor). the Wifi in the room we stayed is not good. the breakfast could have more variety of itens. the parking is expensive.

It was an overnight stay and ideal for us, very clean comfortable bed and room, slight problem with road noise but otherwise fine.......short walk to restaurants and shops etc.....
We had a room above the road which was a bit noisy early morning...
