Il personale è gentile

La struttura forse era  5 stelle 40 anni fa. Ora è  veramente decadente, si e no 2 stelle, pur avendo affittato il top della camera con piscina privata a 400 EURO A NOTTE. Il letto è rotto, non aveva neanche i comodini abbiamo dovuto chiedere una modifica della disposizione in seguito alla quale le spine erano coperte dalla spalliera che abbiamo dovuto da soli allintanare dal muro.Pendono fili ovunque e tutto è  attaccato precariamente ( doccia, lumi, spine...) . Pulizia precaria ,  il bagno si allaga perché non c' e box doccia e la vasca perde acqua fino alla camera e sono anche scivolata. Abbiamo ancora tutti gli asciugamani a tamponare. La tavoletta del water è  rotta da 2 giorni. La vasca non si svuota per cui bisogna togliere il tappo che abbiamo infatti trovato gia tolto. L'idromassaggio della vasca da bagno non funziona e i pomelli sono staccati, il reggidoccia traballa. Peggio di così non si può.  Credetemi è  vergognoso. Si può  accettare tutto questo ripeto per 400 EURO A NOTTE?

Staff were very polite and a joy to be around. Sun beds perfect, cleaned everyday.

Shower leaked around the bath. Walls a little thin, can hear tv when on in next door rooms.

The location sucked. If you didn’t have a car, you were far from everything. I would have preferred a location with more things to do. It felt isolating. Would have preferred cafes and stores and some nightlife

Great location, wonderful pool and perfect for a few days relaxation.

Breakfast room often full leaving some guests having to sit in a pretty unappealing part of the hotel.

absolutely everything! amazing staff from owner Elena, Joanna and colleagues at breakfast and Paula and the team at the pool bar. They always served with a smile and went out of there way to give everybody a memorable stay. fantastic food, rooms, pool and location for Sammi .

The bedroom was comfortable/spacious with welcoming air con and was cleaned daily. The communal inc. pool areas were clean and beautifully maintained with care and the staff were superb especially with my 1 year old son Max who was doted on and had meals specially prepared through out our stay. The breakfast was fresh, varied, tasty and plentiful. I’ve never been one to go to the same place multiple times but this hotel just be that place! A sincere thank you to everyone at the hotel!
