Everything , accommodation , staff, my husband and I have a very busy life we both work hard and many hours, all 3 children live at home ages 24,22, and just 18 , 2 dogs 2 cats a horse etc we wanted somewhere to just unwind nap, chill , no housework no work just connect and talk and rest , I have a autoimmune disease that takes it’s toll so good for me to stop , now it’s our place and we are sticking to it couldn’t have anything more perfect for what we want . Everything we need is available , it’s not too far from home invade something happens so I feel more relaxed and the travel is not long

The property is absolutely stunning. It’s clear the owners take such pride in every aspect. The attention to detail, cleanliness and consideration of our every need made it the perfect stay. The owners were so very welcoming, we arrived early with the intention of dining out and going for a walk, however they let us check in 4 hours early. The breakfast was delicious, all ingredients appeared to be source from their farm or locally and they were also really generous helpings. Fresh milk, orange juice, butter, bread (even seeded), jams and a wide selection of cereals. There was a healthy supply of tea and coffees- including decaf. The bathroom stocked shampoo, shower gel, soap, plenty of towels and the most comfortable bath mat. The bedroom was immaculate- it had the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept it, the bedding was spotless and it was so well presented. We also had our own private garden with the most beautiful view across the farm and into the hills. We would have paid double the price we did and we will most definitely be retuning as soon as we can!

Everything was perfect!

The room was spotless and had everything you could ever need for a really comfortable stay. The location was peaceful and the host Kate extremely welcoming, and even made us hot drinks on arrival and brought to our room on a tray with biscuits too, even though we had the facilities to make our own. It was a lovely touch after a long drive. Breakfast was delivered to our room at the exact time requested and was freshly cooked and piping hot and met every request that we had made re choice etc. A fantastic 1 night stay which comes highly recommended.

The setting of the farm was picturesque, and was surprised by getting the whole cottage, from the bed being one of the comfiest beds I've been in to the fabulous breakfast and the lovely hosts.

The only negative was there wasn't an iron and the noise from the nearby road only heard when on bed and windows open

Couldn't fault this place. Everything was absolutely perfect. What a real treasure this place is. The hosts couldn't do anymore for you . Your cooked breakfast was to die for and arrived exactly the time you ordered it for with a bonus of having orange juice, milk, yogurts, cereal , fresh fruit , bread for toast, tea and coffee all in your place topped us as and when you needed. Can't rate this place enough. Really felt like home but just much better ;-)

We had come to lyme regis for 1 night. After only having an hr on the beach in the morning I had to take my son to A&E following an eye infection which the Dr was concerned about. After an awful day travelling to the hospital, various pharmacies etc we didn't get to the cottage till 7pm and had a stressful day! We were welcomed to the cottage, my boys loved the trampoline and especially seeing the chickens and we had a lovely sleep. The room and facilities made up for our awful day, we had a lovely cooked breakfast the next day in our own lounge which was a lovely space to have and the hosts very welcoming and also giving us tips on what beach to look for fossils. We will definately be back. Thankyou!

I loved everything about the cottage, only slight point was to not have the orange juice poured the day before breakfast as had separated. As a single mum looking for a night's break with my children was quite pricey but it was lovely.

The lodge was beautiful, rooms comfortable, hosts friendly and helpful and the hot tub was great.

Amazing facilities and breakfast. And a very welcome cup of tea and pot of coffee on arrival. The spaceous rooms are beautifully decorated. We were travelling with my 95 year old mother-in law and they made her very welcome. Lots of extras that you wouldn’t usually get, even in a 5 Star hotel.

The property is simply breath taking, set in a beautiful farm setting with every care and attention you could think of to make your stay as comfortable as possible. James is a very friendly chap who even offered to make me a cup of coffee upon arrival! Simply amazing, I'll be back again and again, thank you!
