The room and view were very good.

We checked in late and had to go to the Pier, the check in did not go smooth, we had booked parking and were not informed of where we had to park, it took us 15 mins to eventually find our park. When we eventually got to our room we were not given the key cards to get in so we had to go back to the Pier to obtain the cards so we could enter our room, this was late at night and was after midnight before we got into our room.

Location

Bathtub shower not shown in photos, I wouldn’t have booked it otherwise as I have an ongoing injury with my ankle. Also the bath has rust in it around the drain. Also no milk in fridge for tea or coffee. Also two single beds pushed together and didn’t have a mattress thing on it so kept slipping in the gap. Parking expensive.

Great location and spacious unit.

Housekeeping changed towels but didn't replenish tea bags, milk, toilet paper when needed. Bed never made. They left my unit unlocked 2 days in a row, after I had advised after the first day. I was told it would be escalated and apologies given but also told someone would call me to discuss but this did not happen. Not keen to risk another stay due to lack of security protocols

Good location Hotel staff were very good and accommodating

Great view of the water, Adelaide hills and nice parklands

Bed was comfy, great view and facilities. The perfect apartment for city views morning and night.

Not enough toiletries and dish liquid etc for a 7 night stay. Had to keep going to get more through the week. But staff were very accommodating with that. Apartments are in need if a bit of an upgrade but still comfortably. 1 key tag to access apartment lifts wasn't ideal but for this occasion it was fine. Access with door card would have been better.

Central location for shops, beach and tram to Adelaide!

All good maybe some salt & pepper pkts for short term travelers
