Very comfortable and clean rooms. Relaxing foyer too.
At dinner most guests had a devise on from children to hard of hearing elderly people and so our evening meal was not very relaxing and rushed.

Some facilities in the room didn't work the people in the room next door were arguing half the night.

It is a huge spread out hotel and was very busy. Unfortunately current renovations made it awkward to get to our room and in and out of hotel.

it was little further from the center of town than was an easy walk for my husband who was having some mobility issues.

nice decor, very friendly and helpful staff. Dinner was delicious. Bedroom was lovely and great to to have a separate shower and bath in the bathroom.
breakfast was a little bit disappointing, the pancakes weren’t freshly made and although we could order toast, there was no toaster available for the homemade brown bread. The jets in the hot tub were not all working.

great size room
The way they take card for a holding which took money from my account then on checkout paid bill so I have actually paid twice and although I hopefully should be refunded this can take up to a month with my card and since I was paying for 3 rooms it is over 1300 euro never had this type of payment issue and member of staff was really quite patronising

The lobby and staff
Fillet steak at 38.00 euros asked for medium to well I got well done bone dry not even juice coming from it served without a steak knives and the chips weren't triple cooked they are just a ordinary frozen chip overall not acceptable

The hotel itself is nice and the rooms are a decent size and bedrooms are clean. Food is good.
pool and changing areas are absolutely filthy. never ever seen such dirty floors in a pool or changing area. the pool itself is filthy. Don’t know how any manager thinks that it’s acceptable to allow people to use the facilities in those conditions.

Excellent place for families with lots to do.
15 minute walk into the city or a bus outside.
There is both an adults swimming pool and child pool. Food is lovely, and there is even cookies and milk for the kids in the evenings in the lounge.
It was all good. No problems.
