The breakfast was very good. Plenty of choice and the staff were cheerful and efficient

It was a good location and I love just to park the car and walk into town. We had the option to drive and visit the sites but the constant rain this time out a stop. We can come back and visit later in the year.

the newer or done-up bedrooms are beautiful. the lobby is lovely and a cosy place to hang out in. it was lovely to have table service at breakfast with freshly cooked options.

the older room was a bit dated. the breakfast room was very cramped.

Clean spacious room. Hotel in central location. Hotel pool and spa facilities accessible for all residents. Delicious food and excellent service at the hotel bar.

Rooms were a little warm, had to open window. No a/c in room.

A warm welcome from the start. The lady at the reception, Noreen, was very friendly and helped us a few times during our stay. We stayed an extra night and that probably says enough. The food and staff are truly wonderful. Especially Simon and Denis at May's bistro. The spa treatments are delightful. The leisure centre is beautiful and overall all the staff are very friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed our stay very much and will definitely return in the future.
