the beach is not for swimming:( but they have shuttles to Lamai beach

the property, rooms and facilities are clean with pleasant surroundings & outlook. the swimming pools are fabulous with a couple of locations on the property to choose. the breakfast was excellent and the food in general is good, although more expensive. the only aspect that was very disappointing is the day spa - the worst massage & facial we’ve ever had for the price. It’s also quite expensive to catch taxi’s to and from Lamai or Chaweng. but if it’s a quiet time you need, then this is the place.

Room design and details are very well done (except the air-con), both pools were nice, staff very friendly and helpful. The private beach is lovely.

The only thing that bothered me was the air-con system in the room, which was extremely loud. Had to switch it off for the night, so the heat in the room was quite unpleasant.

We loved everything during our stay. The design of the hotel is beautifull with lush greenery everywhere. The food was delicious (great hotel breakfast) and also ala carte menu. We also had a special dinner directly on the beach which was beyond romantic. And not to forget the staff was very friendly and genuinly willing to help with everything.

The location os a bit far from the nearest family mart and local restaurants. (Minutes walk) sidewalks are very rugged walking there. Not too much of an issue

every was perfect, the staff were so friendly, food and drinks were 10/10 all facilities were amazing, the rooms were amazing. I can not wait to revisit if I ever come back to koh samui

no terrace on the most expensive beachfront rooms , restaurant is good but overpriced for the quantity , listening skills from the staff to be improved , despite the fact they upgraded us in another room , we had an issue in the new room and they didn t really take care of it

Staff is fantastic, everyone is kind and attentive. Rooms and the hotel is well kept, modern and looks great. Pools are great too. Wifi is strong and reliable through the premises. Breakfast is the best we had in Thailand. They definitely have a good chef in there, we had dinners there too and the food is delicious.

This is one of the best resorts we have ever stayed at. We only came for a meal and ended up staying for 3 nights . Everyone here treated us like family. Jun the general manager is one of the best managers we have ever met. She introduced herself and we saw her walking around the resort most days. She had a presence . Breakfast is exceptional. All the guys working breakfast remember your order from previous days and couldn’t be more helpful. The service is second to none. All food was so good we never left the resort. The little touches of iced water around the pool and fruit sticks - just these little touches really made us feel special. Also the bbq on the beach was exceptional, not only the setting - but the food was great. Also an amazing fire show. So much care was put into where people sat. We have 3 young children so we were placed at the end where the kids could run around but we still felt Apart of it all. The resort and rooms are beautiful. Everything is well thought out. We were made to feel very welcome everyday and our kids were made such a fuss of. Remembering their names and always helping us. We loved it so much here that we were actually sad to leave for krabi. If we hadn’t booked flights we would have loved to have stayed here another week. Oh also the private little beach on the resort is clean and great for the kids. This so should be a 5 star hotel. Beautiful small hotel with friendly staff and amazing food and drinks. Loved the clean small beach. The rooms were great and I slept so well - missing it already.

Not enough shade and sun beds for the lower pool/beach and no staff for the upper pool which feels like an afterthought. More staff needed for the bar during the day. No spa on site and a very tiny fitness room.
