Der Besuch bei Ihnen hätte der Beginn einer wunderbaren Tradition sein können. Ein hübsches Haus, weihnachtlich, liebevoll geschmückt. Optionen wie Schwimmbad und Massage, ein ansprechender Frühstücksraum und eine attraktive Hausbar sollten Basis genug sein, eine wunderbare Auszeit in Ihrem Haus verbringen zu können.

Leider hat das für uns nicht ausgereicht. Hier eine kurze Erklärung wieso: - Ermahnung das Fleisch am Buffet nicht zu dick abzuschneiden - Kostenpunkt von Eiswürfeln in Höhe von 2€ pro Bestellung (Nicht falsch verstehen, für eine Leistung muss man zahlen. Allerdings kostet ein ganzes Kilo Eiswürfel lediglich 3€. Ist also nicht im Verhältnis zueinander.) - Schwimmbadwasser leider nicht sauber und wurde während unseres Aufenthalts vermutlich auch nicht gereinigt - Zimmer sehr hellhörig (sowohl was das Außenleben, als auch das Innenleben angeht) und zu guter letzt: - man hatte etwas das Gefühl, trotz Standardkategorie mit Hund, eins der nicht so tollen Zimmer zu bekommen (Zimmer entsprach unseres Erachtens nach nicht der Bebilderung bei Booking) Wir hoffen, Sie nehmen es sportlich. Even though Hotel was very nice my room was in a house around the corner and was quite old. Also with 12 grad the room took a long time to warm

The location of the hotel is great, walking distance to everything.

Unfortunately, the staff was not friendly at all. The bed was broken, so it made a lot of noise when you would turn around and the matras was very old. So we did not sleep well at all. The water in the shower was cold in the morning because it gets turned off during the night, so when you wake up you have no warm water. When addressing these things the staff was not friendly about it at all and made us feel like we are were the ones rude and crazy to even mention it.

- the staff never cleaned our room during the four-night stay - we had to complain about the wifi in the room before the staff gave us the password to the private network (it was not in the room booklet) - we had to pay extra for a parking space - the dinner was unavailable each night - the staff questioned us and made us feel uncomfortable for taking two of the board games they provided in the lobby to our room for the children - there is a seating area outside the pool, but it would have been nice to have a fire pit or heaters - our room was on the bottom floor of a building, and the automatic lights often did not work. We would have to go down very dark stairs into a basement to get to our room. - Our room was near a common storage area in the basement, so there was a question of safety/privacy especially since it was very dark going to our room

DO NOT GO HERE!! I have been to many hotels and apartments in my life but have never experienced this. this is the worst hotel i have ever experienced. the owner/ manager was mean and very rude. You are being scammed in front of you. we arrived and then they had given the apartment I paid extra for to other guests and we had to go through this in a smaller room. they did not want to give appropriate compensation for this after we had driven out 4 and wanted to stay in the apartment we had paid for. after we indicated that we did not like this situation, the owner became very mean and almost sent us into the street without any place to sleep in the evening. we didn't feel nice anymore in the hotel, the room was incredibly dirty and the owner was so mean! the experience is the worst experience I ever had. we finally chose to leave after 1 night because it was so bad and we couldn't enjoy our holiday because of the dirty room and mean owner. we tried to get the money back for the 2 nights we didn't sleep there but the owner refused she has no heart! finally we got a beautiful room at the hotel across the street HOTEL LIEBESGLÜCK here they were very sweet and saved our holiday a bit after the terrible experience at hotel Nuhnetal

Nice and pleasant receipt by the lady of the house and comprehensive breakfast by the lord ! We enjoyed the sauna as well to finish a nice stay in the hotel. We will return . Everything was good

The apartment was clean and warm, and had a kitchen so we could cook.

There were two single bed duvets in the double bed, and when I asked the hotel said they did not have any double bed duvets. Very unusual.

The location was great, so close to the piste. Also there was a ski storage room with boot heaters which was really nice. The bed was comfortable and the rain-showerhead was great! Overall a comfortable stay :)

We missed some facilities. The comfort apartment did not have WiFi - this also meant we could not use any of the apps on the smart TV. Also there was no oven, just a microwave/grill.

Great location in the center of Winterberg, comfortable beds, and a very nice sauna facility. The hotel was clean and the room was, overall, very nice.

For the high amount of money we paid per night, I would have expected more. There was only a small amount of complementary tea bags in the room, and only one tiny bottle of shampoo. These little details do matter, in my eyes, when one pays a premium amount on the room. In addition, breakfast was not included and was 15 Euro per person, which was, again, a high amount for the value.

staff very unfriendly and the bed was very poor…we booked a large king bed and it comes still with two matrasses…and the bed sleeps poorly too…
