Great Spa!

Big room, clean, good massage, nice spa, great breakfast

The spa its open for everybody , so it is very crowded and u may not find free places at the pool

We were here in December and the hotel was beautifully decorated. The spa and pool areas were excellent with many options available. There were wet and dry saunas, aromatherapy sauna, salt sauna, Japanese garden, Kneip therapy, heated outdoor pool and indoor pool both with whirlpools. The outdoor pool was magical as we swam while it snowed and were surrounded by Christmas decor. There are spa treatments available but we did not have time to try them Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was exceptional with varieties of hot and cold items, teas, coffees, juices, breads, rolls, cereals, musli, fruits, vegetables, meats, cheeses Location is convenient to Audi facility/museum/center

This place really surprised me. Quiet location between private houses, with huge parking for hotel guests. Wide premises. Size of room very impressive. Fast wifi. Large surprise was wellness area - in two levels, with pool, large variety of saunas, steam baths, foot massage areas. Special surprise was Japanese garden. Very good gym with professional high-end equipment. Large restaurant. Should be reserved at a reception or there is a risk to stay without table. But, of course, in closest area there are other option to have a diner.

The hotel is prefect, hard to suggest something for improvements.

the location of the hotel is not the best, it is near to busy streets however the noice is not to hear when you are in the room, only when you are at the swimming pool.

The staff was super helpful and nice to the kids and the dog. Really delicious breakfast.

Rooms were super hot (31°C) though all doors were opened several hours and the outside had barely 22°C. No AC except the top floor. Unfortunately they didn’t offer us to move there by themselves, we had to ask since our 1y old couldn’t find some sleep… the hotel is nice but on several places very outdated (bathrooms and most of the furniture) and no fresh smell anywhere like you would expect from a cleaned and „disinfected“ room. The bar is nice but the food is way to expensive than the value of the portions served. 5€ fee for a huge parking lot sounds like some extra cash is needed …

Everything is very clean, the spa is free of charge, towels and bathrobe are provided, excellent breakfast, nice location

The rooms are very warm and opening a window doesn't do much for ventilation. This was the same the last time we were there. Also they jntroduced a fee for parking of 5 euros a day which is new.

Breakfast was good. Staff very helpful.

No facilities for disabled clients. Steps to the main entrance, big step into the shower, no grab rails in the shower, the floor and steps in the spa were very slippery.

The spa is lovely. A really good range of saunas and steam rooms. The best bit is the two pools one of which has huge jets. Really recommend.

There was no food in the evening at the bar as the restaurant was closed. I wouldhave liked to be able to have drinking water in the spa and the bar more easily and I wish the scrambled egg was not so overcooked.

No Airconditioning in summer - warm rooms. Bit dated.. Bathrooms need an update. Room 212 main light was flickering.

Lovely hotel, great breakfast, lovely spa...can really recommend to anyone. Nice bar also. Would stay there again....thanks !

We used hotel for 1 night to travel next day further to Austria. Friendly receptionist. Plus was swimming pool to cool off after an 8 hours drive.

We find the hotel outdated. The pictures are nicer than the reality. Rooms where cleaned up but not shiny. Smelled a bit misty, bedding not a fresh smell. All windows where dirty on outside. Beds where very hard.
