Frühstückszeiten sind 9:00 - 10:30 in einem externen Café, für Business Reisende sehr ungeeignet. Wegen der umbauten wurde die kostenlose minibar beworben, diese war ein Witz. Das Zimmer hatte bei der Ankunft 32°C und es gibt keine Klimaanlage, zudem ist das Zimmer sehr sehr klein, das Bad ist winzig und Vorhänge waren kaputt.

If there’s a sink in my room, the room was perfect! It was funny to see a kitchen without a sink.

Die Lage und Anbindung sind bestens, S- und U-Bahn in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Unterkunft. Frühstück war nicht angeboten und somit nicht gebucht/relevant für meinen Aufenthalt. Es gab eine kleine Kücheneinheit als Alternative auf dem Zimmer.

Ich finden den Self-CheckIn durchaus praktisch, wobei ich gern im Austausch mit den Menschen bin wenn ich es für nötig halte. Hier fand ich es durchaus etwas anstrengend das öfter als mir lieb war per WhatsApp (automatisiert?) nachgefragt worden ist. Die Kommunikation mit einer Baustelle im Haus, schlechtem W-Lan und nicht funktionierenden TV empfand ich als viel zu spät (wenn das Kind in den Brunnen gefallen ist = Stornofrist oder Alternative Unterkünfte). Das Zimmer ist sehr groß gewesen (mit Balkon gebucht) in dem man auch 4 Sitzgelegenheiten findet, aber "kein" Balkonmöbel leider. Die Aufmerksamkeit auf Grund der Umstände ist nett gewesen, steht für mich aber in keinem Verhältniss. Mir fehlt bei der Kücheneinheit auch die Möglichkeit bei Nutzung das Geschirr spülen zu können, es bleibt dazu höchstens das Waschbecken im Bad (unpraktisch).

Freshly restored building in close location to Düsseldorf’s city Center (Kö/old town was within walking distance) - room was beautifully furnished and offered all comfort, it was clean and well-maintained. The bed was extremely comfortable. I liked the coffee and tea selection and also the lovely fragrance of the shampoo, conditioner, soap and body lotion that was provided.

There was some construction going on - not too noisy - therefore the hotel provided free drinks and snacks in the minibar along with a letter of apologies. It was much appreciated!

Awful experience It is extremely dirty. And shabby. Reparation is going on and internet was there only 2 days out of 5, which made everything worse. The baby bed brought to my room was broken. The towels are changed only once every 8 days, same with cleaning Now to the service In the beginning I was so much excited by your idea of not having reception and having such a good service, but everything collapsed when we arrived I have asked for the baby bed, meaning I am with baby and with stroller. You are providing me the room on the top floor : Extremely hot for the baby and without elevator so that every day l have to carry stroller up and down Moreover I am after operation when delivering my baby and cannot lift anything heavier than my baby. I had to carry all the suitcases and stroller up I complained via the WhatsApp and asked to change the room, I got denial three times, Denis told me it is impossible as all the rooms are automatically distributed. Moreover there is an elevator and I only have to walk one floor, but there is an elevator therefore I should not be complaining I had to provide info of the operation, describing all the details to persuade Denis to do something. This was very insulting and actually interfering my personal life and health which is against the law. But truly I could not walk these two staircases. Finally Denis agreed and gave me a choice of three rooms. Eventually it appeared there are three rooms available the very same moment All in all this explains the rating 0 you got as a final evaluation.

PIN code was a great way of checking in/out, as I would arrive/leave at pretty late hours. Comfortable bed, room was pretty big for a single room; there was a underground station right across the street which made transport very easy.

All lights in the room were pretty dim, most of power outlets didn't work (neither ones by the bed nor in bathroom) so I had to unplug the fridge if I wanted to use more than one at the same time. As there was no AC, the room was getting very hot during the day, but the window faced a pretty loud street (with roadworks going on) so sleeping with the window open wasn't an option. The elevator worked very randomly, sometimes I couldn't call it from the ground level.

Good location to go to north Düsseldorf and city center, easy access to the hotel and booked room.

Breakfast is relatively expensive and the cafe is opened from 9:00 which is too late for business users.

The cleanliness, location and the amenities. They had everything - a mini fridge, iron and ironing board, free laundry services, coffee, complementary drinks AND even thought to supply a bottle opener, tea towel and dishwashing supplies. I also liked how they had a map with places to eat nearby.

The lack of face-to-face communication, but also this can be seen as a convenient factor - it just felt bizarre not talking to anyone

There should be at least a fan for ventilation purpose. It's only depending on the open window for air, but if outside is already warm and no wind, it gets sweaty in the room.

The facilities are good, everything is new. Large TV (casting didn’t go flawless)

It was 21 degrees outside and the room was boiling no AC and no ventilator. I can only imagine how bad it will be with 30 degrees. When having a shower after 3 min the water will somehow make it from the shower to the room through the wall

Have never been stalked by a hotel before with so many whats app messages. If you book with cancellation policy upon arrival day it is not normal that your creditcard is charged two days before. Hotel is being renovated.

Clean, comfy room, well-equipped kitchen, clean bathroom, comfy bed, efficient location. Checked out at 11:00, however provided woth free locker access till 20:00 - that was supper efficient!

The hotel did not inform us about the online checkin before arrival. The system had problem with verification of our documents. It took more than 1 hour until we could come to the room.
