Very welcoming staff, charming hotel opposite the Münster, spacious room and very good facilities, within walking distance to the main station.

A pleasant comfortable hotel in a central location overlooking the Minster. The rooms were warm and well furnished.

The telephone/internet connection failed to work for the duration of our stay (5 days).

The staff was really kind and helpful. But at the breakfast I wanted take my bread and cheese as a sandwich, so that they don‘t end up in the trash. The employee there told me that I needed to ask first. As I told her that I did not wanna waste them, she said it was ok that I took it when nobody is around, so they don‘t do the same. She told then she gets trouble with her Manager in that case. I found it really impolite to be told ‚always ask before taking‘, as if I am small child. At the end the cost is not so low priced. it could be more and such an invonience could be avoided. I won‘t visit there again.

The staff were friendly and helpful and the restaurant had excellent food. The view of the Minster and market place from our suite was superb.

The only lack was the means to make coffee in your room - that is always a good way to start the day.

Fabulous location on Münsterplatz overlooking the cathedral. Comfortable rooms. Staff very helpful on arrival and in getting wifi sorted out when it failed - thereafter it worked reasonably well. No air conditioning but large fan was reasonably effective.

Breakfast was fairly limited and quite regimented. Parking garage quickly fills up, but public garages are not too far away and discounted for longer stays. Old, historic building inevitably means some of the facilities and style are quite old-fashioned.
