Nice pool and spa, very clean, wonderfull thermal-water ( 31'0 Celsius), excellent food ( half-board),

After 10 pm. there was no music; in the bar as well silence.

The staff are brilliant. Incredibly well trained.

The rooms and facilities were 3 star - old and uninviting. The food was very average if I want to be kind, I felt that the head chef was given a budget to work with and that was the best he could come up with. I would return for the staff but not for the room or facilities. I had 3 massage and the 1st one was terrible- I think his name was Loyos but the 2 Thai ladies knew deep tissue massage. TV only had Hungarian and German programs - not one English.

Breakfasts

Dinners were mediocre, the pools and sundeck small for the weekend crowd . It is expensive for what it provides. No Hungarian dishes at dinnertime.

The whole hotel - great staff, great food, great pools and service - we know many hotels in HU but the Lotus Hotel is simply fantastic. We will be happy to come back here. Thanks for the lovely stay.

Everything was OK.

The property has a nice variety of amenities. The pools and saunas are clean, it’s not to crowded and the staff is forthcoming.

It’s beginning to show its age. It could use a ‘little paint’.

Overall I like everything about the Lotus Therme. That‘s why my Family and i are driving there already for years to spend our vacation there.

The Staff from the Beauty section is a bit ruff.

Nice location. A bit old facilities maintained in fair condition. The lobby and the open spaces are well decorated.

There was a feeling of more of a sanatorium than a place for fun.

The position of the hotel

This is the 2nd visit to this hotel. I tried, but this is the last time. It's clearly not 5 stars. Only the price is 5 stars. The facilities and the restaurant at most 3.Extremely poor breakfast, without a coffee machine, bored waiters, and little food. Dinner the same. I paid for 4 days and stayed for 3, precisely because it is inconvenient not to have anything to eat at this price.For this money you can find much better hotels. I do not recommend.

Very good overall. Lovely to spend so much time in the water, just lazing around. Breakfast and dinner were the stand out features of our trip - absolutely incredible quality and variety. Live music in the evenings a welcome bonus.

There were too many kids splashing around in the pools that were not effectively managed by hotel staff. The hotel needs to make its mind up whether it is a quiet relaxing spa (mainly aimed at the older age bracket) or a resort hotel (aimed at families). If it's trying to be both then it needs to apply its own rules about conduct in the pool and spa areas to the way children behave.

There was not a proper swimming pool, and we overheard one member of staff talking negatively about one guess.
