Fabulous 5-Bedroom Near The Mountain and Village- Perfect For Families
Récemment rénové cinq chambres, 4. 5 salles de bain maison avec vue! Idéalement situé à proximité de Trapp Family Lodge et à une courte distance en voiture de Stowe Mt. Recours. Cette magnifique maison de ski combine le charme du Vermont du vieux monde avec des équipements modernes, y compris une toute nouvelle cuisine, une suite parentale, des cheminées à gaz, une salle de jeux et un système de chauffage. Le maître a une vue sur la vallée depuis le lit et une chambre hybride qui peut être un bureau à domicile ou une chambre de bébé. Il y a une autre grande chambre avec une salle de bain au même niveau. Les deux chambres sont accessibles depuis la cuisine ouverte, la salle à manger et le salon et disposent de la climatisation. Les murs des fenêtres permettent beaucoup de lumière ainsi qu'une terrasse spacieuse pour se détendre.
Le niveau d'entrée inférieur comprend un grand garde-boue pour tous vos équipements. Ce niveau comprend une chambre avec lits superposés, une chambre avec lits jumeaux et une suite avec lit queen-size. Il y a une grande salle familiale avec une télévision à écran plat et un centre de jeux. Il y a aussi une terrasse avec un bain à remous pour sauter après le ski ou jouer toute la journée. De plus, il y a un garage pour deux voitures. C'est une grande maison pour se déployer, se détendre et se divertir.

Luce Hill is a comfortable vacation home. The views are glorious. Perfect location to downtown shopping, local restaurants, hiking and wandering. Host is great communicator and property manager responsive to our requests. Choose this vacation home and make your next memories with friends or family. We very much enjoyed our stay here!

Great house + location. Just down the road from Von Trapp beer hall, and just a few minutes from downtown. The house fit our large family comfortably. We loved the new kitchen, hot tub, and open family rooms. The views off the deck were incredible!!!
A few things we were surprised about -
1. There is no AC on main/second floor of house (only in bedrooms). We had a warm weather and it was VERY hot on that floor. Fans did help a little bit.
2. Outdoor deck furniture was missing on top deck, and a few chairs were almost broken. Lower deck could've used a clean and had leaves removed.
3. Needed a deep clean - quite a few surfaces were dusty and missed by the cleaners.
4. Some of the carpeting needs to be replaced and is very worn.
5. Shower door on 2nd floor broke during our stay.
Overall we did have a great stay, and would stay here again.

Perfect house for a get together. We had 8 of us and fit just fine. Lots of parking, bedrooms and bathrooms. Good location and amazing view in backyard. Recommend.

We loved staying here for our friends golf outing weekend! Perfect amount of space, super clean and easy to check in. The conversations with the property manager was also straightforward and helpful. Would definitely stay here again, next time for ski season!

The house is very nice and comes with lots of amenities to make your stay more comfortable. The kitchen is large with lots of space for a group. And it's so close to everything! Hot tub could be warmer, but it was still a really great plus. Will definitely keep this place in mind for future group trips to Stowe!

This property was so perfect for our group of 3 families. Plenty of room for everyone! Kitchen was well stocked and the views are amazing. We all enjoyed the hot tub after long days of skiing. Jennifer was super responsive and helpful when we woke up the first morning to no hot water and it was fixed by the time we returned from the slopes. Would highly recommend this property!

This home is beautiful and was absolutely perfect for our weekend in Stowe! Great space for a group of friends or families—enough gathering space and room for everyone to have their own space too. Wonderful location with proximity to both skiing, the town of Stowe, and other local attractions (Von Trapp, Ben and Jerry’s, etc).

We had a group of 8 ladies go to Vermont for a getaway weekend to celebrate my sister in law who is getting married soon. She had the BEST time and We all had a blast. The house was as described. Such a fun maze layout. There were plenty of bathrooms for everyone and beds for everyone. We enjoys sitting around the large table in the living room to play cards. The location was so convenient. Just a few minutes to all must see locations in Stowe. We all fell in love with Stowe and cannot wait to return! Thank you to the host for everything and for an enjoyable stay.
Our only “issue” which was not a huge issue at all was that the shower in the downstairs bathroom wasn’t as clean as we would’ve liked. Otherwise was the house was beautiful, clean and cozy. More than we anticipated!

We had a lovely stay in this home during peak foliage season in October. We had nine adults and enjoyed the separate living spaces and bedrooms. Plenty of room for everyone! Detailed instructions were helpful in getting settled. Would stay in this home again!

It's a lovely house that worked well for our multi-generational gathering. We appreciated having a view of the mountains on a quiet property while being within close proximity to the town of Stowe and all it has to offer.

We had a family gathering involving travel from other parts of the country and were looking for a fun region to explore, so we chose Stowe, VT. This cabin is set in a beautiful wooded area and yet it is still within a couple of miles of Stowe which provided easy access to restaurants and supplies. Additionally, the close proximity to Stowe Mountain provides for plenty of outdoor fun year round. Inside the cabin, there is generous space and seating for guests to gather, whether outside on one of the two decks or inside in one of the two den areas. We stayed during the hottest part of the summer and the A/C struggled to keep the place as cool as we would have liked, but we were out and about during the day so that was no problem for us. Otherwise, the cabin had everything one might need for a very enjoyable stay in the Stowe area and it would be on our list to stay if ever we're in the area again!

We love this home so much we came back for a 2nd time. Great location, soo close to Stowe! Plenty of space for our two families to enjoy being together, but also to spread out. Communication with the homeowner was great and house is full of every amenity you could possible need.

We had a great time at the house! It was so spacious and had a lot of character. It was clean but there is definitely some work needed on windows and the deck for it to be 5 stars. It was so close to all the fun spots too. We hope to be back next winter!

We love this property and it was our third time staying there. Super location with great views. It is so comfortable and cozy and fits the dynamics of our group perfectly. Multiple levels, awesome master suite. Many bedrooms and baths. Super hot tub. Property manager and owner very responsive. Always a pleasure to stay there and be active or chill out!

I am a frequent traveler and this home was by far the cleanest of them all. The house was gorgeous and perfect space for a friends reunion. We got to enjoy the hot tub, outdoor space, and loved how close it was to everything. We hope to come back again next year !
