They rent a garden an part of the beach located in front of some of the bedrooms without letting know the guest. music was outrageous and they extend beyond the specified time (i have a letter with the times). They didn’t give face to solve this issue. waiting for a reimbursement for only that night

room was a bit old and smelly due to humidity no mosquiteras in the room, and lots of mosquitos it’s bit expensive

Facilities are clean and in a great location by the beach.

The staff was super nice and the food was great. In general, the hotel needs some improvements on some walls, chairs, ceiling fans, etc. The pool was very clean. For me, it was a 4 star hotel. It's very close to excellent.

very helpful staff react immediately for any requests. not that many people it is not crowded u easily get your sun bed etc

Great location, wonderful view from one of the rooms.

Had to wait past check in time for my, I was travaling with my service dog it wasn't easy staying there when they would allow my to go in the store for drinks and restaurants so I ending up going next door to another hotel.

Good location, great food, nice beach to swim in with no rocks.

The pool could use some more cleaning, the edges have parts that are dirty & could use a scrub. It also seems like one of the filters wasn’t working properly you could see some dirty water parts floating around, we brought it up to a worker & someone came to clean it but within 30 mins it was back to having dirty water floating. Only other thing we didn’t like was having to haunt down a waiter to get a cup of coffee, every morning we had to ask for someone to help us when normally they come to you, same for getting drinks/food at the pool.

when I registered on booking I was told breakfast was included. it wasn’t.

nothing it was old, dirty the staff was slow and unprofessional

they charge us for an “upgrade” put us in the wrong room then change us to the “upgraded” one that the ac didn’t work the door to the balcony didn’t work we reported it and someone from maintenance came and said he couldn’t fix it we couldn’t sleep and after 3 days of complaining they guaranteed they were going to refound us and it never happened, the pool was super dirty we even found a dead fish and reported it and there was no change a lot of disposable glasses floating around, omg!
