staff were helpful and spoke good english.The breakfast buffet was very good, but there was no evening restaurant in the hotel ,meals could be available at the hotel next door.Telephone charges were extremely expensive.

The location is near by Riyadh centre. it is ok for business trip

Breakfast was not up to standards, very basic.

gym for ladies was nice, to be fair bathroom in the new building is renovated. in the old building bathroom was terrible.

really old hotel, 1-2 stars maximum. even in the newer building there is an old furniture, dust in the air and very specific smell of old furniture. Rooms require full renovation. old conditioner is noisy and doesn’t bring any fresh air.

location is good in terms of downtown and also close to dining and prayer places. Facility was clean and excellent buffet menu and food was tasty too.

Customer care service I had a reservation at Holiday inn Olaya Riyadh for 15-16 Feb. night. I came in evening time and met the reception guy myself and requested that I needed to cancel my booking due to emergency medical reasons as I had to take my family member to Hospital. He discussed this issue with his (evening shift) manager and ensured me that they will consider my request for cancellation of booking without any deductions but I needed to enter cancellation through booking.com, as the booking was made via their site. Therefore, I made a request to booking.com at the same time. But despite all of this, the Hotel charged and deducted the full cancellation amount. This was both surprising and disappointing for me. I did not expect such a response from a reputed Hotel chain that did not consider my genuine medical excuse of the cancellation of my reservation. Bad customer care, both reception guy and manager bluffed me. They did not even respond back to my email. Shameful
