Comfort, beautiful lobby everything you would expect from a five star hotel. Real asset to the hotel is the people who work there, super helpful friendly and provided great information about the area.

The staff is really kind and they give you very good suggestions of places to visit in the region. They are always available to help you and respond to your queries. The restaurant is very good and the staff awesome. The breakfast offers a diversity of products for all tastes. Great place.

This is a small but beautiful hotel that is well-located within quick walking distance of both the old town and the newer parts of town. The rooms are spacious and lovely and the breakfast is excellent! The staff are super friendly and very helpful too!
Nothing - it was perfect.

the property was beautiful. the staff in every aspect of the property were excellent.
I loved how helpful and wonderful the staff was. Part of my visit was just me and everyone from the front desk and the restaurant made sure I was comfortable

Location is good. Near old town. Staff was exceedingly helpful. View at roof top is beautiful. Some reserved parking lots behind hotel.
Cupboard was a bit dusty. Potentially noisy for time facing the road. But bearable. Drinks at the roof top bar can be a bit expensive

The chef team is simply outstanding. the most tasty and special food I have eaten in years. Really the chef has talent. it is worth staying just to eat and if you don’t stay book in the restaurant for dinner
they kindly let me park my motorbike in the storage area. this clearly was a little inconvenient but they were super nice about it
the rooms are ok but my shower was really small and it was difficult to have a comfortable shower. I am a thin chap and anyone who considers them self otherwise might really struggle
the services are a bit limited. so no fast laundry service was available and I was sent to the launderette a 150 m away. this was on for me I actually had a fun experience in the laundromat service place but not all guests would like this

Everything went excellent

Breakfast variety was quite nice, the view of the location overlooking the sea was also quite a pleasant add-on. The interior design of the hotel, especially ground floor is nice and well though through.
The architectural planning is disappointing, 5 star hotel which doesn't provide bathrooms on same floor with the fine-dining restaurant.
The pool which only has 3 sun beds , where to get to the 3rd bed one would have to almost step over other guests.
Noise isolation was bad, we were just under the kitchen and seemed like the chef was clumsy and often dropping something on the floor :D

The hotel was well situated close to the old town.
It was not a boutique hotel more like a business hotel.

One of the best (if not the best) hotel in Galipolli. Stunning rooftop terrace, amazing and helpful staff, clean and stylish decor.
The rooms are not the largest, but this is not uncommon for Italy.

The reception staff were very helpful. The breakfast served on the roof terrace was lovely. Dinner was also great and Alessandro couldn’t have done more for us.
Pool was very cold.

The terrass with the harbour’s view during the night.
The kindles of the staff
The breakfast is really good. All fresh food and big choices.
Our room. Not enough for a 5* superior room
The view was really not great situated on the back of the harbour. Don’t go for a room on back side on the 1st floor.
The fitness room that is old with few material and no air conditioning

Fantastic staff, bed super comfortable, rooms are beautiful with lots of love for details. Stayed at the Rolls Royce room (duplex suite). Also the terrace where they serve breakfast (but also lunch and dinner) is very beautiful.

The hotel is very convenient as it is 5 mins walking to the Gallipoli city center. The staff is very nice and kind. They are always helpful whatever is needed. We have enjoyed a lot our room (very quiet although the Main Street is just there) and the breakfast was really good (on a terrace overlooking the seaside). Very helpful the on-site free parking.
Nothing to say.

The receptionist directed us to a parking place at the rear of the hotel once we arrived, The bed was comfortable, bed linens and towels are nice quality. The breakfast pastries and fresh fruit was good. All of the staff were good-natured.
The location is excellent for access to the Centro Storico,
The room 'Corallo,' as mentioned by other guest reviews is on the main staircase, just below the restaurant, so you have noise from chair scrapping and furniture moving about above you until about 1am - Then the noise starts again at 6am for the breakfast set up. Also the marble staircase and elevator are both outside your door so you get footsteps and talking that also disturb your peace.
The air conditioning in the room is really noisy and the fan blows onto the bed, the unit is poor quality and needs replacing.
Housekeeping did not change bedding to hyper allergenic as requested, So slept badly the first night, then they didn't replace the kleenex, coffee, sugar, shower gel, /shampoo on our second day, I asked reception. Also they refreshed the room the second night of our stay with a turn-down service, but not the first.
The fitness center is really - un-fit for human use and should be closed down or renovated and equipped professionally.
I did mention all this at check-out and during our stay, But had the impression that the staff, whilst courteous and helpful had heard all this before so am writing in the hope that the Director will actually take some action.
For the prices charged the food and beverage and housekeeping personnel need training and guidelines to follow to ensure consistency in service.
