Great location, just a short walk to beach. Cleanliness was not up to par but the owner said he would send someone over immediately. Large grill was not available to use and hair dryers were not in all bathrooms. Plenty of kitchen utensils, small appliances and seating. Owner was very responsive.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The location was ideal; just a very quick walk to the beach access! And the house was nice, plenty of space and nice front decks. Doug was extremely responsive and helpful! There are some things to note: there is no gas grill any more; the dishwasher doesn't work well (it was really difficult to get the flatware clean!); and there is no dish drying rack.

We had an amazing stay at SeaReanity Now. Doug is a gracious host and answered all questions in a very timely manner. Had a issue come up during our stay (nothing did and the entire week was smooth sailing) I'm confident that he would have been on top of it immediately. The home is spacious and tastefully decorated. It felt just like home. We traveled with six (four adults and two teenagers) in our party and next felt like we were in top of each other. Everyone had their own space. We were originally a party of eight (six adults and two teens) and even if the other two didn't have to back out there would still have been plenty of space and privacy. As with all vacation rentals you need to provide your own beach towels, washcloths, toiletries, soaps (hand, dishwashing and laundry) and paper products (paper towels and toilet paper), but everything else you could have needed was provided. The top deck was roped off for safety reasons. Which we completely understand and appreciate the caution, but I feel it should be mentioned since it is a talking point in the home description. The gas grill was also out of commission. Again, this was a non issue, but since it's mentioned in the listing I felt it should be mentioned. There is a small charcoal grill that is available as a substitute.

This is one side of a duplex. I had no idea when I rented it. Nevertheless, the owner of the other side doesn't rent and doesn't always stay there. It was exceptionally quiet and the best aspect is that the beach is so close by. No need to load up everything for a long morning or afternoon. The decor is very artistic and attractive and we all liked that - ambiance! There are a lot of stairs/steps inside, so beware. But I liked having the master bedroom on the top floor - so quiet for me, a light sleeper. The refrigerator was cold but not as cold as one would hope. We used the recommended ice chest for canned beverages. The AC, however, worked great and was very cold - we had to turn it up. The doors to the balcony are exceptionally heavy and tough to manage. The very top of the building was not accessible. This may be the norm, but hasn't been in other places we've stayed - we purchased our own dishwashing soap and dishwasher detergent. We purchased our own paper towels and laundry detergent. There were no apparent dish towels for the kitchen - we had to use our own towels for drying the dishes. I say all of that to assist future renters. I think the biggest drawback was spotty internet connection even though a lot has been done to solve that problem. My adult children and my grandchildren enjoyed the week very much.

This was a very comfortable home, with a great open gathering space on the main floor. The only thing that kept this from being 5 stars was the fact that the top balcony was closed off (after being prominently highlighted in the listing) and that we were not advised to bring toilet paper (which we would have happily done if just told there wasn't a supply in the house). The beds were comfortable and everything was clean when we arrived.

The house was just perfect for our weekend away to attend a family wedding. Great accommodations for our 4 teenagers, my 84 yr old daddy, my husband and myself. When we has a little snafu Sunday morning before check out he let us stay a little later to get things worked out!

Great location, quiet area, 2 block walk to beach, and you definitely want a golf cart to get around area. Great restaurants with lots of atmosphere.

We had a short but sweet family vacation. Doug is a excellent host. House was exactly as listed and met all of our needs. Close to boardwalk and just a few steps from the beach.

Awesome spot to get away for a weekend!

A small group of us planned this trip since October knowing how needed it was! The house was so pretty, welcoming and wonderful! Doug was very quick to communicate instructions and was very helpful with recommendations! We would definitely stay again!

We rented this home to celebrate our twins graduation, and I have to be honest...it was perfect for us. I have never been so comfortable in a rental. This gem was beautifully decorated, very well stocked, and most importantly, welcoming and comfortable. The living area is large enough for everyone to lounge around. The kitchen had more than enough dishes, pots and pans, utensils, and appliances, and the pantry was left empty for all of our snacks and drinks so that the counters weren't cluttered. Everyone slept well in the comfy beds, and the master shower with the rain head was large enough for a small party. I especially loved that each bedroom had their own bathroom. It was our first time visiting this area, and the street this house is located on was a perfect spot. It was just a short walk to the beach, yet it was a quiet, family friendly neighborhood, There was a nice fenced in patio, but we enjoyed the balconies the most. We were all beyond thrilled with this choice, and if I ever get the chance to return to that area, I hope to rent this home again, because it really was like being at home.

Great house with the perfect location. Bring beach towels, wash cloths, bath mats, and extra pillow cases, other linens supplied by owner. Bunk room is on first floor with remaining rooms on floors 2-3 - not a good fit for kids who need to be close by. Our kids were 6-9 and did fine! We had a blast and would stay again!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We loved the value of our stay. While it was dated and appliances older, everything worked, property was clean, location fantastic. We would love to come back.

Four long time friends met up at SeaRenity Now for a long awaited get together. The property is beautiful and the location convenient to the beach, and restaurants. The kitchen was well stocked. Plenty of hot water in the bathrooms.

This was the perfect house for a girls’ weekend. We had plenty of space in the house to socialize and relax and the beach was just a two minute walk away. The home is extremely clean, well decorated, and smells like a new house. I would definitely stay here again if I’m back in the area.

Owner was very responsive when we had an issue with smoke detectors (totally not his fault). Everything about the house was as advertised.

We went for a laid back bachelorette weekend. And this was the prefect place for it. It had everything we needed and enough bathrooms and bed for all 7 us. And with 7 girls the four bathrooms were great. Doug was so nice and gave us all the information we could need.

This was our first time to Carolina Beach but definitely not our last! This house was the perfect spot for our family and friends. It’s proximity to the beach was great! The house was very comfortable for all of us. Adults upstairs in a beautiful large master bedroom and teenagers downstairs with plenty of room. Communicating with the owner was great too. He gave great recommendations and was very helpful!

Went for a short visit with our daughter who lives in the area. Took along additional family. The home was clean, inviting and met our every need. The space and rooms were perfect for our short family getaway and the home was a stones throw from the beach. Doug was responsive to every message and always replied quickly if needed. I would recommend this home to anyone it has everything you need for a comfortable visit.

My father,brother and sisters and their adult children have taken long labor day weekends together for the last 19 years. Rarely have we stayed in the same place twice. We liked SeaRenity so much that we would like to make it our annual Labor day weekend destination.

Overall a nice property. We were able to park our golf cart and plug it in near the front door. The golf cart was nice to scoot down the street to public access. Very spacious bedrooms.

AWESOME place! Clean, SO close to the beach, the owner was awesome! The whole process was great and we enjoyed it! The only thing I wish was different was the bed in the bedroom on the second floor was SO hard, but nothing that we couldn’t handle. Just needs a good mattress pad 🙂 Other wise I highly recommend this place
