This house was perfect! Everything was very clean and well maintained. The deck is the perfect place to look out onto the water. The gazebo is a great place to watch the sunset. It is also about a 10 minute drive to the boat ramp, in case you wanted to rent a pontoon for the day. The washer and dryer/ dishwasher are brand new. The kitchen was also very well equipped with grilling tools, lots of utensils, plates and bowls, spices, pots and pans, and even a coffee maker! I cannot recommend this house enough.

Great family vacation!
From check in to check out everything was great! Plenty of room for the 6 of us. The view was wonderful and we had access to the lake which is always a must for our crew. The kitchen was fully stocked with appliances, utensils, and dishes. We enjoyed playing games on the game table, grilling on the balcony (again with a gorgeous view), and relaxing by the water. Will stay here again!

The house is amazing, it has everything you need to stay: full equipped kitchen, board games, confortable furniture, a trail for a privet area by the lake with chairs and gazebo and the best view of a sunset on the lake. I highly recommend this property.

Wonderful Lake House
Great lake house that has plenty of room for friends and family. The walk down is not the easiest, but at the bottom there is a wonderful gazebo area, a fire pit and best of all a concrete bulkhead that makes it really easy to fish, kayak and swim from.

Great Place to Stay
Lovely place to stay. The lake entrance is amazing and we were able to swim and be on the water all day. The house is gorgeous and the sunsets are stunning from the deck. Will stay again!

Amazing Views!
We really enjoyed our stay here. The kitchen had everything we needed, the views were amazing and we all slept comfortably. The downstairs bedroom took a while to cool off and sometimes seemed hot- but this was a minor issue. There are a lot of stairs to get down to the swim area- but all worth it. It wouldn't keep us from staying here again!

Gorgeous view with a great swimming cove!
Pros: breathtaking view, newly remodeled bathrooms, great access to lake on small cove, nice gas grill, beds in bedrooms were very comfortable
Cons: bunk room beds not very comfortable and the room was dark and dingy, internet access did not work, the ceiling tiles were falling out downstairs, downstairs ac took a very long time to cool when we first got there (like a good 24 hours)

Wonderful get away!
This property was perfect for our family vacation for 8. The open concept kitchen and living room was excellent for hanging out together with lots of space to cook and sit down together for meal time. We even lucked out a few nights with cooler weather and ate outside on the large covered patio. The house was very pretty and the views were stunning! We especially appreciated the water access. We have stayed other places around the lake and this is usually one of the most challenging things to get right. This property had a nice flat area with a gravel access to the water which was easy for everyone to use. The gazebo near the water was great for hanging out and watching the sunset and was equipped with comfortable reclining chairs. Our only minor complaint was that the kayaks shown in the property photos are not included in the rental. You have to pay extra for them. We wish that had been clearly stated in the listing because it felt a bit like false advertising. We still had an awesome time and this was only a minor inconvenience. We would love to return and book this property again.

Check in seamless. House clean. Upstairs master is fabulous. Kids said downstairs rooms were stuffy and musty. Multiple doors stick due to age/weather. House stocked with everything we needed. Awesome lakefront access for floating/kayaking. If all bedrooms were as nice as master, it would be best house on Canyon Lake.

Amazing
This property exceeded all expectations. Extremely relaxing. We had 7 adults and everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves. The management company responded quickly to all questions.
All bedrooms were comfortable, bathrooms never lost pressure or ran out of hot water. Kitchen and living room are were very comfortable and supplied with all the amenities we needed. Easy access into the lake. The walk back up is a little tough.

Hill country get a away !
From the time I booked the trip my experience with the property manager was excellent . They were very quick to answer questions and make our stay enjoyable . They allowed an early Check in for us which was very much appreciated after our drive from Houston . The home is well appointed with plenty of kitchen items and extras you may have forgotten . The only complaint we had was that we didn’t have the kayaks that were advertised in the Listing . We asked why and were only given a vague explanation as to why we couldn’t use them . That was a bit disappointing, but luckily we had brought some floats from home to enjoy the lake with . And they also gave us a later Check out to help make up for it . Overall this is an amazing home with beautiful views and would stay there again for sure ! Lots of nature all around you ! Perfect get away for your family and friends !

Family Summer Getaway
Beautiful view! Loved the deck and direct access to Canyon lake for swimming and kayaking. The lake was amazing and the water temperature was perfect. We had two families on our trip, 4 adults and 6 teenage boys and girls. We appreciated the supplies and spices in the kitchen. (Need to replace pots and pans as they are pretty rough.) Everything was clean and the communication with SkyRun was swift and professional. Check in was really easy. There have been recent renovations to the upstairs living room and bathrooms and the beds were comfortable. I can only give it 4 stars because bunk room was tiny and had no windows. The owner needs to add mirrors in bedrooms so you can get ready after bathing. Nobody wanted to use the downstairs bathroom (tiny shower stall that felt like closet without water pressure) so we always had a line for the bathrooms. We checked in on Sunday and all the trash bins were full from the weekend. Trash pick up is only on Fridays, so we need to ask mgt company to come and find temporary fix so we can empty our trash. Overall, I would recommend this house because of the view and lake access for swimming. Note: would be difficult for anyone with mobility issues as you need to climb steep stairs to enter the house and rock steep path to water.

Lake access
Family enjoyed the large deck but loved that we could jump off the cement platform into the water!!! While some swam others enjoyed the kayaks the property provides. They have two different types of grills for charcoal lovers and a propane one for us who dont want to bother. My nieces and nephews enjoyed making smores on the deck fire pit. The place is very clean and kitchen is fully stocked!! Even if you forgot some spices I am sure they have them. Would highly recommend!!

Amazing water access with great amenities and view
The location is amazing for groups and families. House is well maintained with up to date appliances and furniture. Owner was responsive and made sure we knew about all the property had to offer. The large deck overlooking the lake was amazing for sitting and sipping and watching the sunset. I would recommend this 100 times over for a nice relaxing getaway!!
