the room temperature is very hot and sofocating since it is synchronized we need to open the window to be able to sleep at night

the hotel is very clean and the staff are very friendly. the breakfast I the morning was very nice and plenty of choice. the rooms very good and the shower was great.
the tv could of had a selection of international Chanel’s and the air conditioning was not available making the rooms far far to hot

Noisy guests crashing and banging after midnight. Silly idiots parking so close to own car couldn't open door to get in!

lovely room , friendly helpful staff, super comfortable beds, excellent breakfast choice, a dog bed and water bowl provided. Well presented, definately be booking again on our way through Spain.

I think the male receptionist handled an uncomfortable situation well.
We didn’t have a good experience. The hotel was ok, nothing special. The customer/guest service was possibly the worst I have experienced unfortunately, as it displayed a lack of professionalism. The director of the hotel should probably not handle customer issues directly and was frankly quite an unpleasant individual. The cleaning staff seemed easily frustrated and unprofessional. I have worked as a receptionist at hotels before and the service we got wasn’t worth even one star (excluding the receptionist who took ownership of a mistake made and apologised sincerely) We did not feel welcome and will not visit the hotel again. Would not recommend.
