Hotel tres confortable , bien équipé et idéalement situé. La formule adult only permet de bénéficier d'une atmosphère paisible et de se reposer. Le parking (payant) est appréciable dans le secteur car il est difficile de se garer. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est copieux et bien garni.

La disponibilad que han tenido con nosotros para solucionar un imprevisto familiar y que hemos resuelto satisfactoriamente. La ubicación e instalaciones excelentes.

Adult Only/ Position/clean/different pool areas music every evening and comfortable.
IT IS NOT COELIAC GLUTEN FREE FRIENDLY we were recommended this hotel by 2 other people because it was supposed to be!!!! Had to buy my own cornflakes and waiter was rude his attitude was well if we haven’t got GF bread or cereal then we haven’t. This was supposed to a 4 Star??? Well not for coeliacs.
2 staff members Laura and Leila were soo helpful and did what they could for me which I appreciate.
THE BATHROOM HAD A SMALL BATH WITH SHOWER IN IT AND QUITE HIGH TO STEP IN AND OUT OF VERY OLD FASHIONED and water went hot then cold never regulated Very Disappointing for 4 star hotel!!!! NOT ENJOYED

Recepcionista, nada de información respecto a las instalaciones del hotel por parte de recepcionista,ni un detalle, sólo te dan la tarjeta para entrar y listo tuvimos que preguntar a clientes donde estaban las piscinas, restaurante, etcétera.

It was really amazingly quiet! Considering the hotel is in the centre , I have very quiet room the staff is amazing very professionals and friendly Monica and Nadia in the front dear will take care of You the boss Alvaro is very helpful and speak perfect English , stunning decorations in the hotel the owner it’s a Russian lady who is very into arts , the only think I would change is standing cocking eggs , omlet etc This hotel is on top of my list in the area now thank you again Alay and see you soon :)

Need to change the showers at the pools to ones that turn off automatically - so many people walk away without switching them off because they don’t realise. Long waits for the elevators at busy times.

Hotel location very good.
Didn't rate the breakfast very highly, there was ample food but the scrambled egg was very cold.
I found the breakfast staff to be dismissive, I asked very politely for some cold milk whilst making a cup of tea and the request was forgotten. I made some toast at 10:00am and was told that I had 10 minutes to finish before the table is cleared.
Not sure if this is standard practice, but can only comment on my own experience.

for anyone going it’s like a building site lots of work going on outside the property and around the area . bathroom needs updating and also patio doors we really hard to open

Choice of food if staying more than four nights would have been a bit repetitive.
The plates on the buffet were always stone cold so made hot food cold quickly. Good hotel nice staff good location.Enjoyed our stay.

Excellent dining facilities. Sea views. free pool table. Good room with balcony. During our short break we visited Malaga and took a cable car trip up the local mountain.
Adjacent rooms would have been appreciated for our group of four friends in two rooms. Swimming pool quite small.
