The breakfast has excellent hot & cold choices. The pool area has quite a lot of negative reviews but we found the area to be great, especially as there was 12 of us together. The food was excellent & good value. Rooms very clean.

On our trip there was nothing I disliked

First of all - the breakfast buffet was amazing!!! There was so much choice!!!! The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and modern with a huge bed!!!! The location was good too! There are many bus stops close by, restaurants, a big shopping centre, supermarkets, and most importantly for us, a good beach!!! The beach was only a few min walk away and the one just opposite the hotel was the best one!! We didn't try out the swimming pool on the roof top so I cannot say anything about that, but we did go to the gym once and it was not busy, very well air conditioned and clean! It had basic equipment, nevertheless, we had a good workout! All in all, we had a really great stay!!!

The coffee in the room was not replenished by the maids. we had to keep going downstairs to get coffee in the mornings. I left a bag of special candy in the room when but the maids said it wasn’t there when I called the hotel shortly afterwards. this was for my daughter and I was willing to have it shipped to me in the UK as they don’t sell it here.

The poolside table service with the app is a bit temperamental. We were waiting over an hour for drinks and despite chasing, was told it was on the way but never arrived! No other issues

Very clean, opposite a good beach, lovely restaurants right outside of the hotel, a short walk (10 minutes) from the metro, the bus towards to the city centre stops behind the hotel. Staff were generally helpful, plenty of loungers available by the pool

No loo roll left one day, which was failed to be replaced after being brought up with hotel staff. The pool is much smaller than it looks on pictures, more for sitting in than swimming! Only 2 lifts so had to wait a while sometimes (really minor). Wouldn’t say the breakfast buffet is worth 18 euros, but if you can prepay and get it cheaper, it is fine and convenient. Food and drink quite expensive for what you get. The big main issue is that the walls between rooms are not particular sound proof, and I think a lot of people stay here as a hotel to go out so could hear noise/screaming/laughing, banging/music from the room next to ours. We didn’t complain so can’t state how it was dealt because it didn’t go on for long, but something to consider

Lovely staff, and good breakfast. The hotel is so close to the beach and has some lovely restaurants and bars closeby. Really enjoyable trip!

Great location for the event we were attending. The rooftop bar and pool are great for lounging during the day, when there are staff working the bar. However, you can also order room service here when there are no staff. Limited but delicious menu. Big room with a view of the sea. There is also a gym and sauna to make use of.

The Barcelo app was a bit clunky with some orders never being received / acknowledged. This was infrequent though and there is an option to phone for room service instead.

The pool and lounge area was very nice, and we appreciated the easy access to the beach. The breakfast, though somewhat expensive, was quite good as well.

Service at the bars was slow at times, and the neighborhood wasn't as easily accessible without using taxis as some other areas of Barcelona we stayed in.
