Das Hotel liegt am Meer. Es lädt ein zum Verweilen. Wir wurden freundlich und kompetent empfangen. Das Zimmer mit Meerblick war uns Rückzugsort mit Weitblick. Gern haben wir den Tag dort ausklingen lassen. Das Zimmer hatte alles, was für eine Nacht erforderlich ist. Es ist funktional, effektiv eingerichtet. Bett zwar kleiner als sonst aber ordentlich, sauber und komfortabel. Gern haben wir im Restaurant zu Abend gegessen. Essen war lecker, Service zuvorkommend und diskret freundlich.
Das Bad ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Eine Materialermüdung erfordert eine Korrektur an Duschwand, Spiegel, Decke… Wirkt beim zweiten Blick etwas unsauber. Die Balkonlampe wird zentral geschaltet. Wir hätten sie gern etwas früher aus gemacht.

Es muy llamativo que en un hotel de 4 estrellas No se sirvan huevos fritos en el desayuno...una gran carencia que habría que resolver...

Der Balkon und der Blick aufs Meer.
Leider war unser ganzer Aufenthalt zerstört, Klimaanlage funktionierte nach Gefallen, Zimmer roch sehr muffig und die Lautstärke im Haus, nebenan und über dem Zimmer war zu viel. Es wurde bis in die Nacht halb 2 lautstark geredet und Stühle/Tische gerückt. Zudem ist das Hotel einfach alt & hellhörig. Wir durften das Zimmer wechseln, nach einer Beschwerde, endlich fanden wir Schlaf...und dann hatte das Hotel eine externe Jugendfeier im Haus, zum Freitag fand man dann bis 3Uhr wieder keinen Schlaf, weil das komplette Hotel vibrierte..als Entschädigung gabs dann ein schlechtes Frühstück. Ohne Worte, mein Geld gabs leider nicht zurück. So stellt man sich seinen Urlaub nicht vor.

Everything, the infinity pool, the location was excellent, the room was immaculate, some of the staff could be more friendly especially in the restaurant. But other than that it was a great weekend away

The location and reception staff were very helpful.
Restaurant was poor, fish undercooked and staff not very attentive. Called in for a cocktail at 6.30pm on my birthday and told not available till 8pm.

Breakfast was good, food in the rest was delicious and very friendly helpful staff.
Better access to the pool, needed to be booked as was only small. Not the end of the world as there is a great beach over the road though.

The room was very basic for the price, and we paid extra for a balcony and sea view… which we technically had… but the balcony was level with a large flat roof covered in cigarette butts and so was not pleasant to sit out on.

The fact that we were told that we had to reserve the swimming pool 4 days in advance and we were only staying 4 nights. We couldn’t reserve it on the website and the hotel booked it for us on the day we we’re leaving. Also I would definitely not recommend the Panorama restaurant in the hotel. Worse meal we had all holiday.

The Chiqui is right ast the end of the promendade with a lovely view across the beach. It's a superb sandy beach great for the whole family. There's free parking on the road outside, but this gets quickly filled up particularly at the weekend.
We didn't find the restaurant staff overly friendly or helpful. And they didn't really have any knowledge of the limiried vegetarian options on offer. Late check is chargable at a very high rate of £60!

Breakfast was amazing! The location was great. We loved the staff.
So I actually booked 2 nights on their site and 3 nights on bookings.com. When we arrived they said breakfast was included. But when we left they charged us for the 3 nights, the sep booking for the breakfast saying that it wasn’t included. It was a great breakfast, but my husband didn’t even eat 2 days. If I wasn’t rushed I would have said at the beginning we both heard breakfast included.
Other than that the pool is great for a photo op and for our 4 year old but it was a bit of a weird layout where it was located and on the smaller side. Bathrooms were great, the views and so was the cleaning staff and parking. We had a positive stay!

Room was nice with an ocean view. I liked being on the beach with an easy walk to restaurants. The trail to the light house is a great walk that is highly recommended! Room value was excellent.
We ate dinner at the restaurant the first night. It was the most expensive meal of our trip and the most forgettable food. Not worth the price. Another bummer was the lack of an easy morning coffee option close by. We also had an issue with noise the first night. We were woken up several times by other guests loudly talking at 1:00 to 2:00 am.

There were mosquitoes everywhere, they kept getting into our room even with the window closed and we've got severe reactions to the bites.
Rooms are not properly sound-proofed. If you're a light sleeper, keep that in mind.
There was a slight sewage smell in our room, I believe there was an issue with plumbing or damp. The bathroom fan wasn't working.
The swimming pool area was almost always completely in the shade and the swimming pool is tiny.
No hair conditioner provided.
No tea/coffee or kettle in the room.
Overall, not too bad for a 3* hotel, although a little bit too expensive for an off-season trip.

Expensive food for what we got! No hot food at breakfast. Very little English in restaurant and we had no Spanish - two meals involved not understanding what we ordered.
Very tasty but tiny portions really.
Reception could have given advice/ map. But bus service obtained from Info Office in town was excellent. Pity that info not given to us. It would have saved us very long uphill walk!
Restaurant food disappointing. Lack of understanding English the problem really. 2 meals involved this. No entertainment -possibly due to being end of May.
