Staff was amazing- food was excellent

The curtains, bedspread and couch were visibly dirty - seemed like it hasn’t been washed in years. No tea/coffee making facilities. No iron for work shirts. The pool and breakfast was in a different building - the next block over - didn’t use the pool because of the distance to the hotel.

The location is excellent for our needs. We are returning customers for 9th time staying at this very venue. The staff are polite and professional. The breakfast buffet at the nearby Theoxenia Palace is well appointed and a refreshing stroll away. The room is huge; we always opt for the semi-basement 100 sqm suite. It is very good value for money for what it offers.

The furnishings have passed their prime and could use a refresher.

The location is ideal for us. The immediate vicinity has parking spaces although the area is hard to find spots. The venue is peaceful and secure. The room real estate is huge. It is good value for money. Very friendly reception.

The toilettries were mediocre. No complementary tea or coffee in the room. Furnishings have long passed their prime. No dedicated covered smoking area.

Climatic system in our room was old and very noisy. Woudl also be cook to have a tea pot or coffee corner on the room

the property was in a very nice area, including parking. the room (we had a suite) was very big and comfortable.

the heating system was too noisy. the breakfast that was in the other hotel was not very convenient for a family with kids.

Location was fine and the room was beautiful.

The room was cold. We had to call the reception three times at least until something was done. Still, it seemed that the temperature was set to 230C, regardless of the temperature we were trying to set the conditioner at. So, when the air conditioner stopped at that temperature, the room got very cold within minutes. It took the member of the staff who brought a bottle of wine in the room about 5 minutes to open the bottle

This is not the first time we have stayed in. The room is spacious, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The location is fantastic because we love the Kifissia area, and it's convenient. Metro can be taken to the old Town.

Big room with very comfortable bed and sofa. 2 toilets and 1 bathroom, very quiet and relaxing. Area in northern Athens, Kifisia is very green and nice for walking, restaurants, shopping etc.

Location was good, some staff made an effort to please

Room seems a bit “tired”. The furniture could do with a makeover, especially the mattress on the bed (not uncomfortable but oldish and the springs made noises whenever you moved). Also, it was unbelievable that it was not possible to get a bottle of water at midnight.
