Great park..property needs some updating but adequate

Had a great time. The house was exactly what was advertised and Leo was an amazing host.

Very spacious property with plenty of parking. Bring the whole family to this property for a fun filled stay! Everyone will have their own space but still have a nice den, dining room, and porch to spend time together. Very convenient spot in ocean lakes to pool and beach. Will definitely be a repeat customer!

We love Ocean Lakes and Leo's place was the perfect spot for our family of 9.

As far as communication with Leo, it was great. This place needs a big face lift all the way around. It was not the cleanest place. We had to was the bedding and all when we arrived. The carpet is stained and should be taken up. There was nig roach bug looking things throughout the house. The air conditioner can't keep up with what the unit says inside. There looks to ne water damage in one part of the living room amd it was patched at minimum. The shower in the master bath has a soft spot in it. There was even what looked to be rat turds in the cabinets and drawers. We had to leave early due to us getting covid.

The property was beautiful. Very comfortable. I enjoyed every minute of my stay there. The home was in a perfect location. Close enough to the beach and water park, but far enough away that people weren't constantly up and down our street. I would love to return.

Mr Leo was very attentive with all of our questions and needs. The house was great for the family and our fur baby! The locating is great for walks to the beach and plenty of space for outdoor activities. Definitely recommend staying at MH71.

We once again had a wonderful time The house was great and when my husband had to go home early because of work he drove separate planning on paying for parking when we arrived Ocean lakes told us we need permission from owner Mr Leo was so much help got the situation resolved and the fun began Beautiful weather so many activities within the park and the great beach Not to mention the golf cart parade If you have never been you have no idea what you are missing We want to thank Mr Leo for his hospitality and making our vacation memorable Can’t wait to come again

Visited with my elderly parents, my adult children, and my grandchild. The host was excellent in the response when we had a small issue with the golf cart. We gad a great week!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. There was plenty of room for everyone, and everyone had there own sleeping space. Would definitely stay again.

Quaint little house, quiet area, 10 min walk to the beach, 2 min ride to the beach on golf cart. Mr. Leo was easy to work with. Pets allowed is a plus, reasonably priced compared to other units.

Great location, great space, comfortable furniture. The owner was great. Appliances were all in great working order and clean.

Good location. Plenty of space for family.

Palmetto bugs/roaches in the home. Mice droppings throughout kitchen cabinets. Heat/ac vents not secured, tripped over them. Child's leg went through the vent. Floor dirty that children's feet were black from walking on floor. No gas for grill. Gas company doesn't work on weekends. Had to fry steaks on stove. No pans for oven baking or grilling. Carpet in hall bathroom, dirty and smelled of urine. Dead bugs behind night stand in master bedroom. Mold on plastic shower curtain in master bath. The home is outdated with paneling and peeling wallpaper and old stained carpet. Home has great potential if it was clean and well maintained. Was not informed of having to pay extra for parking. It's 12$ a day per car. I had to pay $312.00 extra to park our cars in a rental that I already paid $1966.42 for 9 nights, then $355.00 for 7 days for golf cart.

Very disappointed house was flea infested and bugs dishwasher didn’t clean dishes this house was not worth the money will never stay there again filthy filthy filthy carpet no decent cookware couldn’t open main door to kitchen no fire protection as in smoke detectors

House was dirty and roaches in it and used razors in the bathroom and floor were dirty throughout the whole house . Wish the place was clean.

This rental in Ocean Lakes was great for our family elders who prefer minimal stairs, while still having lots of space for all the children, grandchildren, and even a few great grandchildren to visit, etc. The property is dated, but clean. They didn’t really do any cooking, etc., here so can’t really comment too much about how equipped it was but no one had any complaints at sll from our crew! Leo, thank you for being such a kind and gracious host! Keep smiling! 😃

We had a family of 8 plus our furbabies and there was plenty of room in the house for all of us. The house is in a great location in Ocean Lakes. We had plenty of parking room for 4 vehicles and 2 golf carts.

Loved the location of the house. House had alot of room for the family. Would stay again.

It was perfect! It was my first time at Ocean Lakes and the memories that were made with me and my family are priceless!

Very good location, lots of space, good size rooms, deck/porch and very accommodating...

Me and my family enjoyed our time at this property, on the campgrounds. The house was spacious enough for all of us to be comfortable. Leo always responded in a timely manner, and when we had issues with the toilet, he came out to address the issue. Like others have said, it could definitely use updating, also their were no skillets (that we could find) to cook in, so we had to make eggs in a pot. All in All a good option when looking for a place in Myrtle Beach. We would stay again.

Lots of room, nice closed-in deck, good for kids and dogs; our dog has seizures when he smells multiple dog odors-the place smelled fantastic and our dog loved it (no seizures)! A decent small area to walk your dog in the grass; great TVs! Good for small or big family. We will return!

Stayed about a week and everyone was very comfortable! Very spacious for housing 10 people! So close to all shopping and entertainment!
