Profitez de Rocky Point dans un luxe total sur une maison en bord de mer. Cette propriété unique dans la belle station balnéaire de Bella Sirena offre le meilleur de tout. 5 chambres, 5 salles de bains, espaces de vie spacieux, vues panoramiques, jacuzzi dans la pelouse arrière donnant sur l'océan, vous l'appelez.
Les deux suites principales avant sortent sur le patio / plage arrière. Elles sont équipées de grandes télévisions à écran plat, de lits king-size et sont décorées de façon professionnelle.
D'autres chambres offrent un lit Queen / et une chambre pour les enfants (2 lits superposés doubles / jumeaux) et une chambre privée belle-mère sur la cour. Chaque chambre a sa propre salle de bain, sa propre télévision.
Il y a une cuisine complète avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin, un très grand patio avec pelouse, une terrasse sur le toit où vous pourrez admirer la vue ou profiter du soleil.

What a wonderful place for the family to stay together. The villa has a great location, right on a beach! 4 full bedrooms and 2 large bank beds in fifth room. Nice outside setting with plenty of beach towels, grill and Jacuzzi. Roof space for gathering. Beautiful resort garden and pool space.
All questions solved by owners on a spot with not even a minute of postponement.
The only think I would change is skillets for new ones and more cups and plates.
Overall 100% worth. Thank you.

We were 8 professional women staying at one of the ocean front villas of Bella Serena. Very much enjoyed our stay and use of the facilities. The villa was spacious and well equipped, and we spent many hours walking the beach and soaking in the hot tub! Looking forward to our next visit!

My friends and I have stayed at a Bella Sirena casita a few times. Had a wonderful experience at this casita. Enjoyed the jacuzzi and large patio area. Casita was very clean with everything we needed. Close to restaurants and golf. Will happily stay there again. Thank you for a great experience.

Great Family Beach Trip
This property was perfect for our family summer vacation. There was a total of 8 of us, 5 adults, 3 kids, ages 4-9.
The house had plenty of space for everyone, and very comfortable. Beds, linens were comfortable. Had plenty of beach towels. The patio and grass area were perfect for hanging out, playing games, ext. The outside shower was great for rinsing sand before entering the patio or house.
Location was great, the beach was a short walk, as well as one of the pools. Short trip to the Fish Market.
Really there wasn't anything we really needed that was not provided.
A few suggestions though, the lounge chairs could be replaced, as they are showing signs of sun rot with tares appearing at the seams. Didn't trust sitting in 3 of the 4.
That being said these did not take away from the experience. I would definitely stay here again!
Lastly, the owner was amazing with communications and very prompt with replies and/or suggestions. He put us in contact with a chef who came to the house and prepared an outstanding meal for us! Highly recomend.

Amazing beach house
This is the only house in Puerto Penasco we have stayed twice. We LOVE this home! Location could not be better and it is wonderful to have access to the pools and weight room at the hotel! Love having so much space for everyone too! We will be back again and again!

Fantastic Stay on the Beach
The beach house is beautiful, clean and in a fantastic gated resort. The beach is literally 10 steps away. Everything about our stay was wonderful!

We loved our stay in this beautiful villa on the beach. It’s even more grand then the pictures.
Would highly recommend this spectacular villa on the beach. Full length windows to give you an amazing view of the beach. Each bedroom comes with large bathrooms. Having access to the resorts 5 pools, swim up bar and grill was a huge bonus. We’ll absolutely return for another adventure in this charming rustic villa!! Thanks to Boan for letting us share a beautiful piece of paradise in his villa.

Mare Blue was our favorite for a birthday celebration. Golfed all three courses, Las Palomas very close and in best condition during our stay. Plenty of water activities available. Very secure resort with friendly/responsive staff.
