it is obvious that the property is aging, and you see it is dated though well maintained and in good condition still. we had two bedroom apartment on 3rd floor with a pool view. rooms are rather small but it’s ok. interiors would benefit from renovation work. a pool is a bit smaller than appeared on photos though it is good to have one :-) the place itself is well equipped, underground parking is a huge plus so your car is not standing all day long under the scorching sun… two elevators are there. air conditioning working very well. location is good, plenty of restaurants in walking distance, and Italian takeaway is next door. for dog owners it is good to know there is a fenced dog park just in three minutes walk. beach is also just 10-15 minutes away. staff at the reception is very friendly and helpful.

wi-if is very poor, often lost a signal. price (in August) is too high for value offered.

location pool/mountain facing apt

no air conditioning in one bedroom, poor air conditioning in the other. needed to “climb” into bed in smaller room. not suitable for 70++. only1 change bed linen/towels in one week. surprised we were expected to clean etc. we were on holiday! no drinking water on arrival.

the WiFi signal was not very good

The apartment had everything what we needed for our stay. It was very clean, apartment as well as communal spaces. Lovely pool area! The underground parking was extremely convenient and the staff were so nice! This was our 2nd time staying here and we surely will return again.

Friendly staff, great apartments. I've forgotten the keys and they sent them to my country by DHL for free.

The app they use for you to register and pay is very easy, you can have everything ready and just take the keys. Apartment was good size, very clean and the pool comfortable. Didn't miss any appliance and the location was very good as well with a supermarket and pizzeria on the same block, and plenty of places around the area. Acoustic from apartment to apartment is one of the best I've experienced, don't hear anything from the other apartments when inside.

The noise from the street is a bit high. The room that was next to the big avenue you could listen all the cars and trucks, and people talking very loud at night.
