Gentlemen on reception was helpful. The hotel had an acceptable lounge to have a drink in. Rooms were of a good size and bathroom met our requirements. Parking was good.
There was no AC or fans, but thankfully it was too hot.

The staff were amazing - the young man on the front desk when I arrived (after 10pm) pointed me in the direction of where to get something to eat and was generally very helpful and friendly.
The next morning, the woman on reception was really helpful in pointing out how to get to the cathedral and telling me about the market that was on.
Both spoke impeccable English.
They also allowed me to leave my car there during the day while I explored the town.
The bed wasn't very comfortable - some sort of thin(ish) foam mattress that dipped significantly in the middle.
But not unexpected at a budget hotel and not the end of the world.
And whilst the room and bathroom were very clean, the duvet cover definitely had something crusty on it that led me to turn it over and sleep under the cleaner side. It had been washed, just not checked I think.

The wet room was a bit too wet with water from the shower flooding the whole of the bathroom

Very big room. Comfortable beds. Good breakfast. Easy parking. Staff super helpful in locating a dog friendly restaurant close by (food delicious by the way) and also getting a vet appointment to worm my little dog before leaving France.

Good location close to the centre of Le Mans, to the railway station and other transport links like the trams. Staff were helpful and recommended an excellent local restaurant. Room was large and clutter free. There was ample free parking included but on a first come first served basis.
Room was a little cold as the window had long curtains which covered the radiator. We solved this by closing the shutter and opening the curtains once it got dark. There were no tea or coffee making facilities in the room and we only had one set of towels. I am sure we could have had more but didn't realise until stepping out of the shower.

We arrived at noon and were allowed an early check in and a room change to the ground floor.

Lady on reception was so helpful.spoke very good English. Explained the best places to see. So nice we stayed an extra night. Very dog friendly. Large free carpark. Room was spotless. Great value for money. Close to the cathedral etc.Thank you for a great stay.

The property is in a great location, and surprisingly quiet for a central homely. The hotel has on site parking and is run by a lovely team who are keen to ensure your stay is a success.
There is a lounge where you can enjoy a glass of wine and a small terrace where you can relax after a day’s sightseeing.
The breakfasts are also really good, with lots of choice to enjoy a good start to your day.
There is nothing to dislike in this hotel - I think the hotel may be under renovation as some areas are more modern than others, but it is a well designed hotel and is in a great location.
