Better bar area given how big the hotel is. A bit pricey, but the entire Barcelona city is expensive in terms of accommodation

Excellent service from start to finish, easy to check-in, very pleasant staff and extremely helpful. It was my partners birthday, and we hadn't tell he staff at reception but they must have seen the birthday card in the room or the date of birth on her passport, so when we arrived back from a day trip to Palma on her birthday, there was birthday 🎂cake, chocolate her favourite 😍 and a letter to wish her Happy Birthday.. i must compliment all the staff for making her birthday so special.. the location is perfect for our needs as we like to be close to the airport but with the metro/train station been a 4 minute walk we could be anywhere in Barcelona in 30 minutes A wonderful 4 night stay in a beautiful city,but for me, this hotel made it even more fantastic Thank you Edward

There was nothing that we didn't like

I like the location. The room felt like home. Good wifi. There's a variety of food. Room service (food order) was a little slow at first but you just have to follow up. People in the reception are accomodating.

What I didn't like was the drain in the shower room. Water is not draining properly. Another thing is that the towels smell sour.

Big and spacious room. And it was always very clean when I returned to the room at the end of the day. The breakfast was really good with many options even 4 types of 4 plant based milk. It's only 3 minutes away from the Metro which makes going to the centre a breeze. The staff was always polite and helpful.

I have no specific complaints. Maybe the price paid. Since it was a bit too high considering it's March and not located at the centre.

The staff and customer service was poor. I had something happen and needed to change my reservation, and they had no flexibility at all and were really rude about it. I have never had another hotel do this when you do need to change something, especially given I had so much notice. I also had a colleague who had to change rooms as they wouldn't combine reservations. Surprising given it is a hotel for conferences.

The room was very spacious with a nice view. Breakfast was amazing. Staff was nice and helpful. Good isolation so you don't hear sounds from the other rooms (unless noisy guests arrive during the night; then you can hear it from the corridor but that's normal).

The cleaneliness could be improved. The bathroom was not very nice and what I would expect in a 4 stars hotel. I appreciated the gym; it would be great to get there there some dumbbells for more strenght training options.

The view is beautiful and the architecture of the hotel is really modern and charming. The beds are comfortable and the room quiet.

The wc area is a little shabby tho, the toilet paper holder was hanging from the wall and the tiles near the floor are not the cleanest. The aspiration system doesn't work either. We wrote those notes via Booking chat but we were ignored. Definitely it's an expensive stay but I'm not sure the room was worth 123.5 euro per night, without breakfast.

Rooms are nice and big. Breakfast is great too,lots of choice. This was my 4th stay in less than a year

The duvet's are too thin, so can be a bit cold.
