The was no proper shower! I specifically booked this apartment as it mentioned there was a full shower, however there was not - just a shower head that we had to hold to wash ourselves with

The place is a few minutes on foot from the old town. The room was small, but well equipped. Perfect for a short stay. Everything was very clean. When I asked last minute to modify check in and check out times due to changes with our flight the staff was incredibly helpful and supportive. In addition they booked transportation to the airport for us and were incredibly helpful and friendly. Absolutely recommended

The beds were not the most comfortable, but we still slept there for four nights and had a decent sleep. I guess that for longer stays that would have bothered me a little.

Very kind staff, allowed to stay in a guest room for 2 hours after checkout. Thanks for this. The rooms are big and clean, nice view from the balcony. Flats are located in the quiet centre. Also, there is a laundry that guests can use.

Location is great, able to walk everywhere. The place is reasonably clean. Able to message with the manager and have a good communication. Self-check-in procedure is very detailed, very easy to understand and implement. Able to have hot water for a full 20 minutes for both shower and shampoo. Manager on site during daytime hours.

The key is hard to use, almost couldn't open the door; the issue was fixed the next day after the manager came to oil the key hole. Very noisy even in a weekday night: in one of the nights during my stay, people were partying through hours past midnight; the noise was disturbing. No soap, no shampoo provided - disappointing because usually soap and shampoo are standard items provided by an apartment like this. Bathroom sink is tiny. Equipment are not solidly built, may break easily if you are not careful. Room might be too small for two persons.

Good location, nice size apartment, clean. Tee, coffee and sugar.

Flooring / parquet in need of repair, noisy when stepped on - quite annoying when putting toddler to sleep. Old pan needs replacement. 3rd floor without elevator may not be for everyone.

Excellent location. This was our second stay with you and would definitely stay again. And would absolutely recommend to anyone.

The location is perfect. It is just a few minutes from the city center. This is an entire apartment, so there is a lot of space and a balcony in every room.

The floor needs renovation. One washing machine for the entire house. And it was cold on the west side of apartment.

All the information for the check-in is given in advance and the steps are easy to follow. The host replied very quickly to any questions we had and left a tourist map in the room for us to take. Room was as shown on the pictures with a fully equipped kitchen and good water pressure in the shower.

The apartment was on a 4th floor without a lift. We were aware of this when we booked the place. We could not control the temperature of the heating - remote not working. The TV remote did not work either. There was no toiletries in the bathroom apart from hand soap.

Appartment was very close to old town. Bed was comfortable. Dog friendly. Food was well prepered (vegetarian)

Bad noise isolation from other appartments. Had to walk 5 floors (No lift). Toilet was uncomfortable. Older tv with 5 polish channels.

- window light covering was broken - heating only worked over air conditioning but which produces very dry air. normal heating didn’t work - Wall isolation very thin so you could hear the neighbors noises - Kitchen has a lack which caused water on the ground in the living room / kitchen
