Sempre que vou a Porto Alegre eu priorizo a estadia no Hotel Deville pois a localização, atendimento e conforto dos apartamentos são muito bons. Além disso há o restaurante, bar e academia que sempre aproveito quando fico lá.

Beds are a bit narrow.

Beds are very comfortable and spacious room. Staff are very friendly and made me feel welcome.

Breakfast was below average: Old/dry sliced bread, fruits were not “ready” (strawberries at the buffet were green). Room service was alright, but they don’t give you a tray to eat in bed so if there are more than one person you can’t both eat tog

The hotel is likely the best in Porto Alegre with respect to quality and luxury, from my taste even better than the Hilton. So, room quality, sleeping comfort, service, interior, outside area and breakfast are best. For a very reasonable price. The one "but" is the location. You cannot simply walk off to some nice neighborhood, as there is no neighborhood. On the hand, it is very close to or actually at the airport, and the even provide a free shuttle. So it really depend: If you are looking for the best hotel in Porto Alegre, this is it. With the additional pluses of closeness to airport and reasonable price. But if you want to stroll around for some coffee shops or shopping in some nice Porto Alegre neighborhood, you might prefer a hotel say in Moinhos de Vento or downtown.

Staff were fantastic! Could not fault them, so friendly and attentive. Jefferson was absolutely great! Hotel was clean and comfortable.

Potentially some spa like facilities would be great (massage room or something). Also pool and surrounding seating area is quite small for the amount of guests when I was there. Parking was a reasonable cost in comparison to other hotels.
