The staff was friendly and willing to help they when out of their way to help us on our next destination. The food was delicious both a supper and breakfast, all is made there, they have a great chef that cooks wonderful plates. The staff could have been more accommodating at the time of payment but I guess that is the policy of the how you book the room. Will think about returning, there is lot's of competition in this small town.

The parking was somewhat complicated, and the towels were rough (like sand paper) and it seem that the COVID-19 did affect them in a significant way because much of the services were void . Recommendation avoid going during Carnival week because there is too many people walking the streets and they invade the entrance of the Hotel even thou staff keep asking them to leave. The lack of air-condition, caused the room to be hot and in addition they turned on the heater radiators when it was not necessary. The bed/mattress had waves. Would return just for the courteous of the staff and if they had a better price.
